    Rambo Movie Ticket Offer?

    Has anyone gotten their Rambo Movie Ticket voucher yet?

    I purchased an eligible movie on 9/21 and still haven't received the ticket voucher. According to posts on other message boards, I'm not the only one that hasn't receive it. I contacted Vudu support but haven't heard back from them.

    I'm surprised they didn't send it out during opening weekend. If I was planning to see the movie right away, I'd be really angry. Hopefully they'll get this fixed and send it out while the movie is still in theaters.

    I haven't heard of anyone getting this offer. I called Vudu and they gave me a $5.00 credit. If you email them, it will take much, much longer.

                        I purchased Sicario UHD on 9/22 and never got a code. So I emailed support on Wednesday... nothing. Yesterday I tweeted both Vudu support and Atom. The latter responded immediately, looked into it, and relayed that it was Vudu's responsibility to send out the code. This morning I finally got a response to my email:

                        Thank you for contacting Vudu Customer Care.

                        We're truly sorry to hear that you still haven't got promotional email. In this case the promotion terms state that promotional email will be received on or around 09-30-2019. If after these date you still haven't got the email please do not hesitate in contacting us so we can investigate further.

                        We're looking forward to solve this matter. We're happy to assist you.

                          Yeah, that's not at all what the promotion is. The promotion runs through 9/30, but the code is supposed to be sent out within 48 hours. If a customer like me knows that, a CSR for Vudu should be able to figure it out.

                          If they don't send out the codes soon, they better give a credit or something to make up for it. By next weekend, showtimes for Last Blood will be far more scarce once Joker takes up a bunch of screens at all the multiplexes.

                            Not to mention that since this movie underperformed, at the theaters it's still at it will be relegated to the tiny screens.


                            Still no code sent. While I like Sicario, I wouldn't have bought it were it not for this promotion to help offset the cost. I've participated in some past movie ticket offers here without issue, but this Rambo fiasco makes me wary to ever do it again.

                              I got my codes last week. Used them on Sunday matinee screening. Paid like $2.50 out of pocket for each ticket after codes were applied. And yes, it was shown on the tiniest screen in the house.
