The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).           I only redeemed a XML Disney title on iTunes and re-linked my DMA to it. When I checked Vudu to make sure they ported, I had the correct number of 2505 titles.

            Part of me finds that this doesn't make sense. My titles still have not reappeared

              Oh, I don't think that this triggered anything; just a coincidence. I'm tempted to add something UV enabled and see if anything disappears again, but I'll probably wait until tomorrow to see if the new sales are up.

                It's a sign of things moving in the right direction. Thank you for posting. Anybody giving an update is appreciated, versus silence and the feeling that our issue is being ignored

                    No change here.

                    I just tested it by unlinking from uv, waiting for everything to depopulate, then relinking.

                    Same as it has been for days, the problem is not resolved yet.

                    I did redeem a code today and I lost another movie though.

                      I just tried relinking again and lost around another 100 movies. I'm going the wrong direction.

                      Edit: Alright, it's back up to being about 1000 short again. Ha!

                          Maybe we should start questioning the compensation we will receive for missing purchases and they will speed up the process a little bit. I'm sure mass refunds aren't something they want to deal with.

                            Agreed. I'm sure the fact that my sub accounts that my family and friends use, that are missing a thousand or so. ..I doubt vudu wants to cut a check.

                            Seriously what is the hold up? How about at least having CS reach out to customers. Rather than email them and never answer their replies.

                              AS I have said before this is a UV link issue. the movies bought and purchased on specific accounts are not missing. its the import in from uvvu.com that is broken. Vudu customer care is working on it. Your movies are not gone. if you were to go check on UVVU.com you can and will see them. We should all step back and let Vudu fix it.

                                I know they're there. What I fail to get is why they're not here. They're in mgo. Flixster. Cinemanow. That tells me the issue is on vudus end. And if I recall correctly, you aren't missing anything, so it's very easy for to be reassured and willing to step back
