    Re: Missing Movies

I am missing a lot of things. Mostly things that were redeemed thru Flixster. Stuff like Arrow S1-S3. Or other movies. I already re-linked BOTH my Vudu account and Flixster account. And then some of my friend's other stuff he redeemed like Game of Thrones season 4 isnt on there. WTF?

I think you just figured it out. All the things that I know are missing are Flixster or CinemaNow redeems according to UVVU. Those do not show in my account. Anything that was VUDU redemption is showing no problem. I cannot say 100% that is what is going on, but it seems likely based on the 10-20 movies I checked all say Flixster, one said Cinemanow.

These movies are still in my UV account, but VUDU is not seeing them...

Ok so check this out. I don't want to go crazy so I won't test beyond these two for my sake of sanity.

          American Ultra (SD)
          -Says redeemed through Flixster
          -VUDU does not see it
          -on UVVU I click "Watch"
-I get an erorr "We encountered an error while trying to play this content
Flixster has encountered an unexpected problem. Help us improve your experience ? please contact us. (DC_1633)"
-I get the same error if I search for American Ultra and try to watch it via Flixster as well.

          Batman Begins (HDX)
          -Says redeemed through Flixster
          -VUDU does not see it
          -on UVVU I click "Watch"
-it takes me to my Flixster Collection, not directly to the movie
-I either search for it or scroll down to it and I can play it just fine.

I would say it has something to do with the origin of the movies being Flixster or something else, but at least for ME it seems to stem from Flixster.

            Re: Missing Movies

My understanding (which could well be wrong) is that once it's in your UV digital locker, it shouldn't matter where you first redeemed or bought it. Vudu should get it from the digital locker and Flixster shouldn't be involved at that point. Is that not how it works?

That is my understanding as well, but perhaps with the transition of Flixster to Fandango recently, they are doing something on the back end we are not aware of and it's causing issues. All I know is 75 entries from VUDU are gone, but my UV locker still shows them, so I know they aren't "poof gone", but it is still a bit unnerving. I hope someone from VUDU shows up here to answer questions eventually.

                Re: Missing Movies

My main account seems fine, though my sub accounts seem to be missing approx 330 titles, probably because the ones I've found missing so far are D2D titles I did a long time ago on my main account and still have my email receipts for: Aliens both versions and Terminator 2. I don't have time to go through my entire collection atm, but I would hope Vudu gets this fixed before that's necessary.

Almost 100% of the time unlinking and relinking fixes that

I tried that, it was only one sub account before relinking now it's all of them.

No mod response? Cmon. And unlinking and re linking is not helping in this case.

Maybe it's a problem between UV and Vudu?

(I do think I may have lost a movie title or two, as I thought I saw the number drop by a couple recently, but I can't be sure, and I dont have the time to go through every title).

I have reviewed all my current titles in the library against the account history. I am missing 30 titles and they are ALL from the same D2D purchase on 9/30/14.

                            Re: Missing Movies

I tried relinking my main account and now I'm missing 69 titles in my main account, four of the movies I know so far are:
                            The Accidental Husband
                            Amadeus (Theatrical)
                            American Gangster (Theatrical)
                            American Gangster (Unrated Extended Edition)

I have all my current titles in a list, so I can find them all, but that's extremely tedious to go through them all, can we at least get some kind of word on what's going on before I have to do that (and those aren't from other providers, I have the vudu license in my uv account for each of those).

I'm also missing well over 100 titles. It looks like several of them are Flixster redemptions. Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises for example are no longer in my library. Please fix this, VUDU.

                                Re: Missing Movies

                                Any news on this?

I am missing hundreds of movies in vudu, they still seem to show up on other services like Flixster.

Most of the missing movies seem to be acquired in the fall of 2014 according to myuv.com when I look at the entries for the movies that vanished from vudu.

                                Thanks.
