This was Fox's Digital Support answer back in October 2019 to the Vudu UHD redemption code issue.

"Currently, VUDU is setting up UHD redemptions for this title" ....

Hi Felipe- There may be some confusion with the code slips on this particular sku. I have not seen another like it.

The retail sku actually consists of two separate disc collections AND code slips that are bound together in the set.

The Blu Ray collection contains a code slip set to redeem in HD.

The UHD collection contains a separate code slip set to redeem in UHD. The studio has verified this in the post above that contains the email photo and they have verified verbally to me over the phone.

The studio obviously included two code slips for a reason and coded them accordingly. Somewhere along the chain there must be some kind of confusion regarding this set. The Blu Ray set should only redeem HDX as the studio has specified (and it already does) BUT the UHD set code should redeem UHD as they originally intended when they created the set (and have re-stated to some of us).

Hope this issue can be revisited with the studio.

I also just contacted Fox Customer Care and they told me that the UHD codes should redeem as UHD once Vudu has the Daniel Craig collection available in UHD. Currently this collection is only available in up to HDX quality.

          400 UHD
          763 HDX
          3 SD

FelipeF Please see above. Fox IS allowing UHD for this set, i's vudu that needs to add it. There are two slips in this set, one for HD and the other for UHD. Please have your IT folks get this added for us.

This was the first week of January's response from Fox Customer Care.....

              Dear Michael,

Thank you for your email. As previously mentioned, VUDU is in the process of setting of their UHD redemptions for your James Bond: The Daniel Craig Collection (4 Film Bundle). Please note we cannot offer individual upgrade's for this bundle. If in the future when the UHD version is available on VUDU you do not have access to this version please contact us for further assistance. Please hold to on to your original insert as well as the product packaging (UPC) as images will be required if the correct version is not added automatically when available.

              Thank you,
              Fox Customer Care

Any updates on this after it was pointed out that there were 2 code sheets that were included with the 4K Blu-ray set? One code sheet that was intended to redeem UHD once Vudu had the 4K files, and another code sheet that was intended for HD redemption? Vudu now has the 4K files and now just needs to fix the redemption for UHD. Thanks FelipeF @LutherM @AshleyM

Yes, they just need to add the UHD resolution for this collection:

Still waiting. Need an answer. "What the studio wants" is not the answer. I can't believe that we still spend money here, but Vudu is my preferred provider. Too lazy to change now.

Fingers crossed all this operational downtime is gonna help them fix this already...been sitting on this code for so long.

Doubly frustrating that this is technically a Fox code, but since it's MGM, it's not MA.

I called into fox today and was able to find out that on their end they are 100% clear about the two codes included in the set and 100% clear that one is an HD code and the other is a uhd code. They say that they are waiting for vudu to set it up. Please vudu who can help push this through? Almost 6 months waiting for this.

The single retail skus are redeeming fine and all the movie files are in place. Please take on this mission!
