The Witch 4K code redeems HDX and should redeem UHD

FelipeF Vudu just added The Witch in UHD but the 4K code redeems HDX. Can you look into getting it fixed? Thanks.

This is my first post here but I am on the same page with those above. I have been holding on to this code since I first purchased my disc and now it seems like it should be possible to get a 4K redeem out of this on Yet it is still redeeming HDX. if you guys can activate a such thing it would be greatly appreciated. Please help out.

FelipeF - been a week - any movement on this? To have a UHD code from a 4K disc deliver UHD redemption, not HDX?

Note - it redeems UHD at FN. But of course, does not port across (not MA)

Felipe, any news on "The Daniel Craig" collection redeeming 4k from a 4k disc set?

Each title is subject to the studio allowing such redemptions. It's not a one for all kind of thing.

I know, that studio is rough to deal with. HELLBOY ANIMATED BUNDLE - Hellboy: Blood & Iron (2007) & Hellboy: Sword of Storms (2006) has each title in UHD on Vudu but not the bundle, which the 4K code is for. Can this double feature be looked at/worked on next to get the bundle in UHD as well please? Thank you so much for the info and fix on this one, I'm just hoping for a fix on them all at some point.

I called Fox (MGM) about the 4k redemption on "The Daniel Craig" collection and they told me Vudu has to add this collection in 4k and then the digital code will redeem in 4k. I guess I should have asked, "when is Vudu going to add this collection to their library in 4k"?

As soon as the studio gives us the permission to do so. We have direct communication with their content team when dealing with these issues. Not sure a customer care agent would have access to that kind of specific internal information.
