Titanic and Rio: digital copy to UV?

I have both Titanic and Rio blu-ray discs that come with the old "Digital Copy" codes. If I go to "Redeem UltraViolet Copy" on the Vudu website both titles are available to submit but the Digital Copy code is returned as "invalid". This seems odd because these two movies seem to only be sold with a Digital Copy and not UV so why are these available as redeemable UV titles?

Vudu has a lot of titles listed with the redeem UV code added to its page, when lots don't even come with a code, or are not UV codes. Those two titles when released were iTunes only. If you go to Titanic, you will see the redeem option, but no UV logo. I think sometimes they add the option and then codes are not provided or produced, or the studio changes its mind. Plus, from what I've read, the Titanic code has been expired for sometime.

You linked to the DVD, it doesn't say anything about InstaWatch, from what I glanced over, but the 3D Blu-ray mentions InstaWatch - http://www.walmart.com/ip/Titanic-3D...creen/20684311, but that's around $25. You can get the disc and digital straight from Vudu's page.

I went ahead and ordered it from Walmart. Got the InstaWatch then sold the Blu-ray for $10. All I spent afterward was about $4
