    digital copies dissapearing

I have noticed several movies have been disappearing from my account and it looks like this has been happening to a few people... i wish i kept better track of what movies i had digital copies of- but i assumed i'd never have to... anyways the movies I KNOW I'm missing are the following:
    • Harry Potter 1-7 (however i have 7 part 2 still showing up in my library)
    • Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter
    • Star Trek (2009)
    • we bought a zoo
    • the last airbender
    • this means war
    • i am number 4
    • life as we know it
    • legend of the guardians (owls of gahoole)
    • paranormal activity 1 &2
    • percy jackson and the olympians the lightning theif
    • brave
    • bridesmaids
    • clash of the titans
    • gi joe
    • twilight
    • twilight eclipse
    • twilight new moon
    • wall-e

I know there are more but these are the ones i can compare from an old list i have on blue-ray.com

please let me know how we can fix this? now more than ever in this lock down i am dying for my movies!

Some of them were prob. InstaWatch redeems, not the Disney ones though, and if your Walmart and Vudu emails didn't match as of the other day, or you redeemed a friend's IW code, you won't be getting them back, unless Vudu/Fandango decides to reverse their decision.

I just had this happen as well. I purchased the movies on VUDUs website. The only possible thing is that a year ago I changed emails. My Walmart and VUDU emails match though. I sent them THEIR OWN digital receipts and they are claiming they are "instawatch". I am borderline livid because some of these shows were nearly $30 when I bought them. SO I am looking at a couple hundred dollars gone.

Looking at it, pretty much any movie I bought on their website is gone. I have never used instawatch in my life.

Edit: Looking up "instawatch" it looks like these are not even instawatch movies?!

If u bought them directly on Vudu’s site through your account (and not a discount code site) then call up Vudu’s support and they should be able to restore that for you.

if not, as Wasteland said, it is largely due to the Instawatch issue/discount code site purchases.

This hasn't happened to my account, but if Vudu is removing ANYONE'S movies for ANY reason, a courtesy e-mail notification and explanation would be expected. Again, does Fandango really want to alienate millions of established customers right after the acquisition of the service?

Every step of the transition, if it affects the customers' libraries, should be made public. Plain and simple. That would be the moral, ethical, and in this case, economically intelligent thing to do.

Technically, the removal of the IW titles were done on the last day Walmart owned Vudu, Fandango really had nothing to do with it.
