Movie ported in from MA, but not in My Movies

    A strange one.

I Bought 'Les Miserables: 25th Anniversary in Concert' from FandangoNow which is an MA title. It ported to MA and all of my connected accounts, but for Vudu it doesn't show in My Movies (also checked My TV in case it was there for some odd reason) nor does it show in my Vudu transaction history even though on the movies page it says 'You Own HDX' and has a watch button. The other two movies I bought at the same time ('The Hurricane' & 'The War Wagon') also ported, but do show in my transaction history and My Movies like usual. My total movie count also went up for those two, but did not increase for Les Miserables. No filters are on for My Movies that could be hiding it. So as it stands the only way to get to 'Les Miserables: 25th Anniversary in Concert' is to search for it specifically since it can't be seen in my library.

    Any thoughts or ideas?

'Les Miserables: 25th Anniversary in Concert' doesn't have a Redeem Movies Anywhere link on the product page for Vudu, even though it says MA at the bottom.

'The Hurricane' & 'The War Wagon' however have both.

Seems like a setup issue. Open a service ticket.

Do you own the 2012 movie version of Les Miserables? I ran into the 25th Anniversary in Concert film recently, but as an extra of the 2012 film. That may be why this film isn't showing up in My Movies.

Also, make sure your Vudu is still linked to MA. Mine unlinked for some reason around the time the FN purchase was final and had to relink.

I do own the movie and see it as an extra there, but that shouldn't have it also showing me as owning it when I search for it in the store. I don't think it should anyway?

Yeah, one of the first things I did was unlink/re-link when it wasn't showing up.

Guess I'll have to contact support directly as they don't seem to respond here often despite Vudu calling the forums a support option.

          Thanks all.

This isn't the only movie that apparently exists only as an extra at Vudu even though it's a separate movie at MA & other retailers. A Star Is Born: Encore, the extended director's cut of the 2018 Bradley Cooper-Lady Gaga remake, exists in Vudu only as an extra of the original film even though it's separate elsewhere. (Reportedly iTunes did the same thing.) Obviously this is different from the 1954 & 1976 remakes which both MA & Vudu have. Vudu does have a listing for the 1937 "original" but it's inactive; perhaps Vudu didn't realize it's in the public domain (though its script isn't) so they thought it was a bootleg. The *true* original ASIB, 1932's What Price Hollywood?, isn't available on streaming anywhere I know of; only as a Warner Archive MOD DVD.
