The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Vertigo linked to wrong Movies Anywhere entry

    Vertigo linked to wrong Movies Anywhere entry

    Today Vertigo was released in 4K and now there is a new entry at Movies Anywhere for the 4K version. The old entry has been archived and doesn't show up in a search unless you own it. Until today I think the only other movies where this happened were Disney Signature Editions.

    But Vudu and Fandango are both set up to export/import from the old MA entry not the new one. iTunes was updated to reference the new one. Can Vudu get this corrected and maybe tell your pals at Fandango too? Thank you!

      Hi Felipe, can you also check on my case #200823-000209. I sent a message to Jake and never got a response. Vudu also closed the case with no resolution. Thanks!

        FYI Jake does not have the capability to respond to cases, only customer care can do that.
