    I see that the Vertigo 4K thread has been closed. Has our issue been resolved, or was it just closed because the thread got hijacked?

    I presume because it was hijacked, it doesn't look like anything has changed at Vudu yet.

            I just want to watch the Vertigo I paid for in 4K on the service of my choice which is Vudu. Why does Vudu not want its customer to view their movies properly on its site? What is so difficult about this?

                      Hello, I purchased the Hitchcock 4K collection today at Best Buy and redeemed the code in Movies Anywhere. It redeemed just fine there but I don’t have the movie on my Vudu. I’ve heard this is a somewhat known issue and figured I’d make this account to throw another ticket in, maybe it will be fixed faster haha. Thanks

                        Just a head's up - people have reached out to MA, and MA is saying it's a VUDU issue. They said "We can't give the other movie entry - VUDU has to fix it"

                            Can confirm. Sent an email and got this response:

                            Hi there,

                            Thanks for reaching out! Looking into Vertigo, we can confirm that a "new" version of the movie was released last week which has been redeemed into your library. It looks like this new version is not currently available in Vudu as they only have the original version available.

                            A movie's availability in each retailer is based on the film's distribution rights. While we can't speak into other retailer content, we encourage you to reach out to the retailer directly to pass along feedback if you'd like it to be available on their platform in the future.

                            In the meantime, you can always access your film in your Movies Anywhere library and other supported retailers.

                              Looks like this has been resolved by adding a new entry for Vertigo. The old entry is no longer for sale.
