    Help movies missing

Help! I have 17 movies not showing up in "my movies" but are showing up in my purchase history.

    The following are missing:
    Alien 6 film collection
    Maze Runner trilogy
    Jack Reacher never go back
Jumanji welcome to the jungle/next level bundle
    Predator 4 film collection
    Mission Impossible 6 movie collection
    Sonic the hedgehog
    John Wick double feature bundle
    John wick chapter 3 parabellum
Fast and Furious Hobbs and Shaw
    Spiderman Far from Home
    The perfect storm
    The Lego Movie

If you had purchased these movies from a source other than Vudu/Walmart through InstaWatch then they were deleted because of the fraudulent means those movies acquired and resold.

      I'm unclear on this.

We're talking only about InstaWatch specifically and not direct Vudu digital purchases, Disc to Digital, linked Movies Anywhere, previous Ultraviolet, or digital code redeems?

When you buy a InstaWatch it goes directly to the linked account. How would this even work?

It's true. People buy the discs in store, scan their receipt to get the link to redeem, then sell off the link/code from the link. It gets put into the new person's account, which doesn't match the email address on the account that originally scanned the receipt. This started earlier this year, and Vudu was removing titles that had been bought illegally, some that were bought legally, but the Vudu email didn't match their Walmart email they scanned said receipt with. My brother had bought a movie and scanned the receipt and let me get his email and redeem the IW into my account, which I share with him. BOOM, the movie was deleted. Then because of that, when I did buy my own discs in the summer, it was trying to add those IW titles to a NEW Walmart account. I had to call customer service multiple times to get it straightened out, and they "closed out" my Walmart account, though I still get emails telling me to link them... lol

Thank goodness they siding close your Vudu account! The WM account is no big deal since you can just open another one.

I got my Vudu Forum account closed earlier this year for some unknown reason. Then out of the blue I was just trying it days later and it was reopened. Though oddly I didn’t get an email, even though I sure as heck got one when they closed it.

My movies have obviously come from numerous places, including Instawatch, but I’ve never gotten an email link for an IW purchase that wasn’t once I made personally so that’s good.

But I know movies have gone missing but never know why. Nor do I always know which as I’ve got too many titles and it’s impossible : time consuming to keep track of.
