The Vudu Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Vudu experience. Here, Vudu customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Vudu and Vudu -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Vudu customers with questions and/or problems with their Vudu service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Vudu Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Vudu Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Vudu reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

    • Hi, I’m writing this because I am overwhelmed with the current situation we have Covid19 and adding the problem with my VUDU account. I have a Vudu account for the past 5-7 years and I have purchased tons of movies for my children. I called many times over the past week because my account is suspended due to a charge back. There was a problem with my bank with a refund Vudu was supposed to do but by mistake with my bank they filed a claim or did a charge back with the wrong movie. They were able to fix that error and they closed that claimed based on their mistake. I made a purchase of 2 movies the same day which one of them will be credited, but never did according to the bank and my statements, but according to VUDU since the purchase was made that day and the refund was within minutes the transaction just disappeared or dropped like never happen. But how do I know that?? If in my statements does not reflect that. The bank was able to fix that in their end but now VUDU suspect my account and I might not recover my account. I do not think is fear I have to be punished for that mistake and error my bank did. They provided me with the letter where they fixed the charge back and I’m hoping I can get my account back. But I called Vudu and they only say: someone from that department will contact you to reactivate the account and that’s it. Basically if I lose my account is just for a charge back of $4 dlrs and I can lose hundreds instead. I hope they can help me with this situation. My entire family (children toddlers) are home and those are they favorite movies. I need someone to looked into my account. It was more than a misunderstanding and an error from the bank and now it’s my fault and I will lose my account. I don’t think is fair at all. I’m very sad with VUDU. I never had any problem with them and they are not able to resolve my issue. It’s been a week and they just said you have to wait until they review your account.
