Stop!, or My Mom Will Shoot and Lucky Numbers are still showing as HD for me. (With HDX as a purchase option!)

JBloggs and Warbington - open a support ticket - if you have HD licenses in your UV locker, those titles should now show up as HDX.

If they are not - the old "HD" format purchase you made in that account is "blocking" VUDU from recognizing the HD license in MYUV and giving you the full "HDX" upgrade.

VUDU appears to review your "purchase" quality (The VUDU HD - 720) and not reconcile it entirely with your "UV" quality (UV HD - 1080).

This is part of problem of calling HD and HDX in VUDU - when there are really just HD UV licenses (but 720 streams and 1080 streams)

Unsure why this would be needed as both were purchased through VUDU Disc-to-Digital, but will try it.

It's just an oddity of the old "HD" designation. Even if you D2D a title in the old "HD" - some titles did (and you likely did this on your main viewing account - where it still shows up HD), vs. doing the D2D on a subaccount and having it port into your mani viewing account), that old "HD" designation kinda sits in the way of the HDX "upgrade"

I think of any purchase as having two rights - there's a ghost/purchase right and a UV right.

The ghost/purchase license will sit in that VUDU account, even if you disconnect the UV, because you bought it there. You would lose the ability to see UV titles that you bought/redeemed on other subaccounts/family subacccounts, because of detaching the UV, but you'd still see YOUR purchases.

So that "purchase ghost" is just keeping VUDU from showing your UV HD right - it's just blocking it, in a sense.

A support ticket should fix this.

they got rid of HD in Vuduland so all HD movies were supposed to be converted to hdx in the vudu world Jake or Felipe should be able to escalate this if they see it
