    Mobile d2d doesn’t recognize location

I’ve been using the Mobile disc to digital conversion for over a year now. same address, same card, and yet this week I got a message that says I’m not in my billing location. I reached out to Vudu support and they had me reset my location settings on my phone and try another card, walk to different parts of the house to try and get the app to recognize the location. But keep getting m https://19216811.cam/ot in billing loc https://1921681001.id/ation error. Support says they will escalate this issue, it’s been a few days without hearing back from them. Has this ever happened to anyone else? How were you able to resolve it?

This has been an on going issue for many, many years. I've had the same issues at times.

Make sure Credit card company had correct billing address, and authorized shipping address. Different card. Using approved and authorized shipping addresses instead of billing. Using tablet or computer instead of phone. Remove and reinstall app. Multiple service tickets. eventually I would give up the fight and just try occasionally and hope it was fixed. Sometimes it was and then it would come and go again. Not a whole lot you can do or hope for. Member for a decade. 3000 movies. Hundreds from D2D with app and scanning box SKU or via reading physically disc. Hundreds of InstaWatch from Walmart.Com. Hundreds from Disc + Digital on Vudu.

Honestly only Vudu.Com's Disc + Digital program ever worked property and without problems. Sadly it's long gone since being sold to Fandango. Besides they often charged an abserd shipping for each title, instead of combined (and fee) shipping like InstaWatch titles on Walmart.com (which where often mislabeled and a headache). Not to mention in my case I couldn't use a resale license with Vudu like I could with Walmart.

We have made some changes on our backend that should resolve the issues you were having converting your DVDs with our mobile disc-to-digital program. Please try scanning your DVD in about 24 hours to allow the changes to take effect. You might need to reboot your device to clear any cache from our mobile app.
