Willy Wonka - Current VUDU ID doesn't match New Movies Anywhere ID

the current VUDU ID of Willy Wonka is not pointed to the current Movies Anywhere ID for the 2021 release (UHD) of WILLY WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY

There need to be two (2) VUDU ID for Willy Wonka, as there are two MA ID for Willy Wonka.(same 1971 film, two ID)

RIght now - purchases of the new MA-eligible WILLY WONKA at other providers, don't port through to VUDU

    Current VUDU ID: https://www.vudu.com/content/movies/...-Factory/10934
    is not pointed at
    New MA ID: https://moviesanywhere.com/movie/wil...e-factory-2021

Below is the old MA ID ... for some reason Warner Bros. created two MA entries.

FelipeF - can someone figure this one out?

This is funny. WB is trying to pull a Disney and have two listings for the same movie. It does look like most other vendors now have two versions with the old one listed as "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" and the new one listed as "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory."

I am having this same issue. I have Willy Wonka 4K UHD in Movies anywhere, but it won't show in Vudu. All I have in Vudu is the HD version I've always had.

Same issue, it ports to ALL the other vendors but Vudu. A Vudu Scriptreader tried to say it's a MA issue, It's not

If you click on retailers on MA for this title, they don't even have Vudu added as a retailer, which is prob. why it is not porting in. MA needs to add it as a retailer, with the correct content ID.

If you purchased the new UHD disc release, some of the insert codes were incorrectly mapped, as this happened to me, too. You will need to contact Warner Bros customer service by completing the form at https://digitalsupport.warnerbros.co...s/requests/new. Include the digital code, a scan of the insert, photo of the insert with the disc and case, and a scan of the receipt. You may need to be persistent and may need to escalate your case with the studio if they do not issue you a new code. some agents at the studio are aware of the issue, others are not.
