    Well, thanks to whomever fixed it!

    Logged back in and the account information was there from my Walmart account...no longer blank.

    So I was also able to have the merge email sent to me and once I clicked the link my FN & Vudu accounts were successfully merged.

    Thanks again to whomever at Vudu solved all my problems!

    VUDU removed that IE. IE audio mix is not the same "Near Field" mix like Dolby or even regular DTS-X. They offer the same full dynamic audio mix that they use at the IMAX Theaters.

    Wanted to buy a movie on vudu but it said I didn’t have enough funds and to update my account information. Is this because of fandango merge? Never asked this before and can’t find where to go to fix the problem.

    Apparently, Fandango removed it when they took full reins on Vudu, despite all the promises that "nothing would change" on Vudu.

    I have contacted Vudu several times since the library merger asking for an update to my ticket and why no one has responded to my email requests for updates, and was told that I would not receive a response until they had a resolution. I told them that the lack of response was simply not acceptable, since how am I supposed to know that anyone even received my request.

    Yeah I figured as much since I couldn’t find anything tucked in any area of the website.

    Not seeing a link to follow for my require response or anything else I just replied back to the email. Not they didn’t say that’s what to do but with the ticket details in the email header it seems likely. Of course I did NOT get an automated response to my replay stating that they got MY response so who knows.

    They removed the "Ticket History" section of the website. Who knows why but it was very convenient and I wish they would bring it back.
