    Why can't I watch my Captain America Civil War preorder?

    Why can't I watch Captain America: Civil War that I preordered? I preordered because of Facebook constantly telling me that if preordered, I would get a $5 credit. So here I have been counting down the hours tonight to watch. And when it's time, it still says preordered!?!?! I'm not happy. My friend says he could just buy it now, if he wanted to. So its for sale now, but the people that preordered still have to wait. What the hell?

    The problem with pre-ordering movies is when the movie is made available your pre-order still hasn't processed so here I am staying up late to watch the movie I preordered early only to have to wait, while others who didn't pre-order the film can just watch it right now. Can I cancel my pre-order? Of course, but then I miss out on the $5 credit offered with my pre-order. Any plans to fix this flawed system Vudu?

          Same here. I have not seen a $5 credit show up on my account either for pre-ordering Captain America Civil War, which I did see the movie show up on 9.2.16., plus I have X-Men Apocalypse on pre-order as well for which I am supposed to get another $5 credit. Plus, I have received another email detailing $5 credits for pre-ordering Warcraft and The Legend of Tarzan. I am interested in all of these but the credit for the first one didn't drop. I tried to go back and find the original email but I can't find it to see the details.

          I did notice that the $5 credit for X-Men Apocalypse states that it shows up like 3 days after the movie is released on Digital HD. Based on that, I figured the $5 credit for Captain America CW would show up today but nothing yet. Once again, I assume I deleted the original Vudu email for CA CW and the $5 credit details.

              I submitted a support ticket. Checked again today and I still do not see the $5 Promotional Credit on my account for the Captain America Civil War Pre-Order. I also pre-ordered X-Men Apocalypse which drops this Friday 9.9.2016 and the $5 Promotional Credit for that title does not get issued until the 9.12.2016.

              As stated, I don't have the original Vudu email that spelled out the details. Maybe I am just not giving it enough time for the credit to show up.

                The $5.00 Credits were sent in an E-mail on Saturday morning. You should have received it then. As I said, if you PM me your E-mail, I can check on our end as well.

                  Thanks Donny for taking care of this!! $5 has now been applied to my account. Turned out to be an issue on my end when my email account maxed out on my end. My ISP supplies an online email account that mirrors/backups the email account on my computer and when it maxes out I do not receive any further emails even though I may have been retrieving the emails on my computer up to the point that the online account maxed out. Anyway, deleted all emails online so I could begin receiving new emails again and Vudu/Donny resent the $5 credit that was actually sent but was blocked by my ISP.
