The Suicide Squad code was Redeemed but I dont have it

    Hey,

I need help! I just redeemed a digital code for the UHD version of The Suicide Squad. An advanced copy of the dic was mailed to me by Warner Bros. The disc doesn't go on sale for a week. So I redeemed the code at wb.com/redeemmovie and when it asked me where I wanted to redeem it, I chose Vudu.

So here's the kicker...it's now showing as redeemed but the movie is NOT in my library, and the redemption isn't in my purchase history either.

NOW...I noticed that because this title is still designated as Theater at Home that there is no "Redeem" button yet. So I'm thinking that might be the issue. Will this "auto redeem" (for lack of a better word) next week when redemptions go live or will my redemption be lost?

I'm afraid I haven't had much luck calling Vudu lately. Not only does it often take close to an hour for someone to answer, issues are rarely handled quickly. I had an issue in August with a code that didn't redeem and two month later it still isn't resolved. I just got an e-mail on it this morning, in fact.

Seems like you guys are redeeming your codes way ahead of the official release date. The release date is 10/26. Wait until then to redeem your codes.

Yeah, I can see that now BUT it’s too late. The code is showing as already having been redeemed. My question is if it will be added to my library automatically on Tuesday 10/26 because it’s not showing up under my purchases

I've done that before. Unfortunately, if it does not show up on Tuesday, you may have to request a new code from the studio.

Actually - VUDU can push the code through. Even before the "release" date.

I did it with TWO titles this week and it's never happened before. I'm a reviewer for Warner Bros and a few other studios so getting titles a week before release is not unusual for me, but Space Jam: A New Legacy, Injustice, Conjuring 3 and other WB titles redeemed with no issues a week early. The Suicide Squad and Superman: The Animated Series are the first times I've had an issue
