    FelipeF does anyone from Vudu look at the support cases that are "escalated"--I called 10 days ago and was told my case was escalated and still haven't heard back. I tried to call again a few days ago and after 30 minutes on hold the person tried to transfer me to someone else and after another 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, I gave up. What's the point in having these promos if you're not going to honor them?! There are many people who didn't get the rental codes they qualified for and there's been no response for nearly 2 weeks.

      By the time we get the codes (if we ever do) we may have limited time to use them as the expiration date is 12/31. I wish this would be resolved.

        FelipeF - can you please get this one issuing (or get an extension of the rental code dates). Lots of folks did not get them and followed the steps legitimately. VUDU-Fandango is not taking care of their customers as the offer promised.

          I only spent around $30 during the Thanksgiving promo, but did not receive my rental code and it sounds like many are in the same boat. I was really tempted to do the current $10 credit for spending $40 on vudu, but it seems a waste as there is little to no likelihood vudu will follow through on what they promise. Please make this right, vudu.

                      I called the number a couple days ago and they said they didn’t see any update, and the only thing I could do was wait. An “escalated” case should not just sit there for 18 days without providing any sort of update, even if it’s just “we’re still looking into it”—complete silence is unacceptable.

                          When I called they told me when the code is issued it would expire on a new later date. If this is true, we won't know for sure until or if they provide the codes?

                            It is the IF part that is unfortunate. I wish there'd be some official communication.

                            Those of us that qualified are in limbo. Or actually get nothing now if the original expiration is still in effect or if there will be no resolution to our issue. Sad.

                                FelipeF could someone from Vudu please comment on the status of this? It's been over 3 weeks since we should have received the rental codes we earned from the promo, and any escalated or new tickets are just met with complete silence.
