    YEAR END credit (spend $40, get $10 credit).

    Credits are not going out to anyone who used a GIFT CARD, even though gift cards are allowed in the promotion and specifically mentioned:

    "Receive a Vudu Promotional Code (“Code”) that is good for $10.00 on Vudu.com and via participating Vudu apps when you spent $40 using a credit card or gift card to rent or purchase a movie or TV show on Vudu between 12/24/2021 and 1/3/2022 PT (the “Offer Period”).

    FelipeF - does VUDU intend to honor it's promotional commitments?

    That's a VERY good question. I know the "Spend $40, get $10" promo terms say the credit will be delivered by January 11th, but it's already been sent to many people. Past experiences tell me that they don't send these out across multiple days, so it's very likely that they've borked their 2ND straight purchasing promotion in a row.

    I wouldn't bother asking Felipe F or anyone else here for help. They still haven't bothered to issue the Thanksgiving rental credits to a great many people who posted in that thread. Many people who asked Felipe to look into things appear to have been ignored after reading through that thread earlier today. It's a major slap in the face when VUDU offers promotions like this, they fail to process properly, and then make people wait for a lengthy period of time before rectifying their mistakes. And that's IF they even bother to get around to rectifying these mistakes at all. These kinds of lengthy, drawn-out customer-support issues have been happening for years, but seem to have gotten markedly worse since Fandango took over.

    VUDU: If you can't get these promotions right for EVERYBODY, just don't even bother offering them. It has the opposite effect of what you intended by offering them in the first place. Instead of creating a sense of loyalty and positive customer sentiment, you only serve to royally peeve people off and alienate them in the process. Not to mention wasting a TON of their time in making lengthy customer-support phone calls and/or multiple back-and-forth support tickets. It's a masterclass in how to disrespect your customers....

        Just like the previous Thanksgiving rental promo, I didn’t receive this one either, even though I spent over $40 during the promo period, but used gift cards. This is getting ridiculous. Is vudu going to honor any of these promotions?!

          Like others, haven’t received the rental credits or the $10. What is happening here? The terms clearly say paying by gift card applies. Is anyone paying attention??? Please address ASAP.

            Hello, I am in the same boat,like others I used a gift card spend over $40 ,and did not get my $10 code , per your promotion gift card where included as a source of payment to qualified for this promotion, please honor your statement, this does not speak well for your company, close to false advertisement. Please honor your word .

                First I don't get my rental promos from the Thanksgiving promotion and now ZERO End of the year credits.

                  Instead of emailing codes, it would have been better to simply apply the credits to our accounts that we could later optionally apply to a purchase or rental. Emailing codes or any emails have been issues before.

                  This one (and the Thanksgiving one) seems a bit more straight forward that those of us that used gift cards did not get the promised promotions vs a "lost in the mail" issue.
