Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     I messed up. I started to redeem this code and I went back in the email and now it's showing up as invalid??

    So I went to redeem it. Only rated showed up. So I clicked back to see if I mis read it. And now it shows invalid code. FML. I emailed them back and support. Hopefully I didn't ruin my option...

            I never rent on Vudu, unless it's a free code. I usually redeem my code or buy it flat out. It would be nice if they showed their appreciation to those who spend lots of money here, instead of the ones who make an account and then never buy anything. I know it's their way of trying to lure the ones in who would otherwise not be using the service after they created an account, but what about the ones who only buy from Vudu? Nearly all of my full purchases were bought here. Only a handful were ported from iTunes and a couple from Amazon. I have over 1,000 titles including full priced seasons I've bought -- and I have never received a code for credit or a free movie in all the years I have been using Vudu - since early 2013.

              Vudu does offer sales and discounts, and you can get on their email list so they notify you. You're saying you want exclusive deals?

              I do agree some recognition of their best customers would be nice, but I can't complain about the deals. I remember when Vudu started there were really none, and the Walmart acquisition nicely solved that problem.

              Personally, I'd rather they invest in enhancing the site so it's easier to view my library and search for movies. I watch with Roku or iPad, but I search from the website, usually while we're watching something else. I only have about 500 movies, but already it's hard to find movies that are no longer available for purchase.

              I rarely rent, but I do buy movies on sale.

                When did you try to redeem the code? It expired on 9/22/16. You made your post on 9/30/16.

                  Most of the $6.99 and $4.99 (when they have them) sales, with titles I like I already own because most of them are D2D, so sales are pretty useless to me unless it's a season sale, and even then some of those are laughable.

                  I'm saving my settings are set to receive offers, and I NEVER, EVER have received anything. Not a free movie, not free credit, not an "Hey, buy this at full price!" promo sales like lots get. I have never got anything from Vudu, unless it's to say my purchase was complete or successful D2D conversion. So yes, people who spend their money here should be offered stuff just like people who DON'T use Vudu.

                    I got the email the same day I posted this. It worked just fine till I hit the back button.

                      Look in your saved promotions under your name on the main Web page usually if you mess up on a promotion after you send it that's where it hides
