99 cent episode discount. Can we get the season price to reflect buying each episode

Its really tedious for me to have to click any episode in some of these 26 episode series. Plus I'm going to have that option to buy the season there still even after I buy them all. Just a bit annoying. I was going to buy the Batman Beyond, Superman, and Superfriends sets but that is going to be like close to 80 transactions or more on my card.

I'm seeing season pricing for Batman Beyond and Superfriends. Can you provide me with links to verify?

Batman Beyond Season 2 26 episodes at 99 cents or the season is 31.99 vs buying episodes 1 by 1 for 25.74.

Superman season 1 13 episodes vs 15.99 for season

      Superman Season 2 28 episodes vs 32.99

      Super Friends 1983 8 episodes vs 12.99

      Super Friends 1977-78 15 episodes vs 26.99

      Super Friends 1980-1981 8 episodes vs 12.99

As far as I can tell everything else on sales is fine except one of the Scooby-Doos are like 13 cent off but I'm not planning to purchase i anyways.

I would like to request you add a "complete my season feature like iTunes has, where you buy a season at the season price, minus the price of the episodes you already have.

BTW when does the 99 cent discount end? Just seeing if today is last day for it.

Some things have it. Batman Beyond Superman, Super Friends all do. I'm stuck with this though after buying all 26 episodes of the season.

Own for 6.25. Plus when it goes on sale it will have the red sale symbol beside it. Hopefully in the future there a way for me to get rid of the buy season option even though I own it all but I won't count on it.

My credit card cut me off I think after I bought about 50 of them with. Probably wondered why a bunch of chargers for 1.06 were coming through from the same place in the matter of minutes.

We are unable to complete this transaction. Please try again later or make sure your credit card information is up to date.

If the problem continues please contact Customer Care at:
            1-888-554-VUDU (8838).
So guess I'll have to call to take care of that or switch cards.

They already have this feature. It's called Season Complete.

              http://watch.vudu.com/tv/season-offers/

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working on the latest 2016 season. I've bought individual episodes for a lot of shows like American Horror Story: Season 6, Scream Queens: Season 2, Supergirl: Season 2, Arrow: Season 5, etc. And the Season Complete discount isn't working yet.

I posted a thread about it in the General Help section. But I haven't gotten any response from the Vudu reps.

Season Complete discount not working on new shows

I try to stay away personally from purchasing PER EPISODE even if the deal is great... because.... you never get that CHECKMARK when you complete the season... and well... even if you OWN the ENTIRE SEASON.... it still says "OWN for $xx.xx". What... I already own it though...

So if the prices matched what the 99 cent sale is... I would be more inclined to purchase. As of right now, I facepalm when I see the difference in 99 cents vs entire season cost

Yeah. I bought like 6 seasons like that during this sale but don't think I'll ever do it again. It's annoying me too much.

I would like to take this opportunity to say what a great, amazing, wonderful feature it would be if vudu would hide the option to purchase the full season once you own all the episodes, or simply show the season as owned

This 99 cent sale is a perfect example, as well as:

                    - All the tv season codes that vudu does not have a redemption option for which must be redeemed elsewhere then import as single episodes
                    - Anyone you "share your movies" with sees single episodes for UV tv seasons even if you purchased the complete season on vudu

Early UV tv seasons redeemed as a single season entry in your UV library, but for some reason the studios switched to episodes - this seems so counterintuitive to me since it creates issues like this for the consumer, and it bulks up everyone's UV libraries with tons of single episodes instead of a clean single item representing a whole season.

In conclusion, I hope the Behind-the-Scenes-vudu-magicians can please take a look at this issue sometime

Looks like they updated the prices after I bought it. I was able to complete the season for 0.00 though even though I paid like ten dollars more buying them one by one. Oh well guess I learned a lesson.

So it now shows that you "own" the season? I've been so confused about "complete my season" as to wether it just "purchases" the remaining episodes, or if it changes the season to "owned"

They put the seasons on sale yesterday for cheaper than the 99 cent per episode price so it had 0.00 to complete my season.

Power of the Daleks is another example of a season where it's cheaper to buy all the episodes individually than the complete season. There are six episodes and they cost $1.99 or $2.99 (depending on whether you choose SD or HDX) whereas the complete season is $12.99 or $19.99
