The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Bundles Can't Be Sorted

    I was sorting my library by genres and noticed none of the bundles I have appear in their genre when you try to sort movies, even though the bundle is listed as in the horror genre. Is there anyway the bundle and save or grouping of movies be disabled or changed/fixed?

    The movies that don't appear to be sorted are include:

    Jeepers Creepers - 1 & 2 Double Feature
    Poltergeist - 1 & 2 Double Feature (Bundle & Save)
    Saw - The Complete Movie Collection (Bundle & Save)

    I'm guessing there are more, but these are the only bundles I own.

    I already noticed and have asked about it myself, although no one has replied to it nor has it been fixed.

    I'm sure they are aware of it, but have not fixed it or don't plan on fixing it.

    FYI, if you have any movies that have bonus features with them, those movies are not showing up at all in the genres either

      Seriously? This should be a bigger issue than some tiny tweaks they have done. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon. I wish there was an option to disable the bundle and save or grouping of movies period.

        Sad to say these have been issues for years and they have not fixed them yet.

        That's the reason I don't buy bundles nor movies with extra features anymore.
        They have never seemed to feel like it's a priority.

        Unfortunately, the movies that I had purchased early on that were bundled or have extras are still in my library and they will not unbundle or remove the extras under any circumstance(people have been asking for a long time).

          Hmm? I can't see why the studio wouldn't allow Vudu to unbundle so don't know why they still don't do this? I wish one of the Vudu administrations would chime in...

            Honestly, I never even noticed that the ones with extras don't show up. I was in the horror genre and noticed Poltergeist 1 and 2 were missing, so I checked and I still had them bundled. Then I checked my other bundles and sure enough they were not listed either. Not being able to unbundle titles is just strange to say the least.

              I just bought the Barbershop collection bundle. Every time I buy a bundle I wish there was an option in our settings to disable the bundle and save artwork, and it would save less clicking when wanting to watch something that is bundled.

              Come on Vudu, give us this option!

                One way to do it would be to open another vudu/UV account, then redeem bundles under that. Then, when they import through UV, they are no longer bundled. However, be careful doing this since if you redeem a bundle and not all the movies in the bundle are UV, they won't come over with the others.

                  Most of the bundles I buy are from MGM, which means no UV porting.

                    I've bought one bundle. Will not do so again for this very same reason. So from a marketing stand point they are losing money. Maybe that realization will create the incentive to fix this?

                      This, to me, is more than just a deterrant to purchasing bundles. The fact that this issue has been lingering for long as it has implies they don't have an adequate software support team. If they aren't committed to maintaining their software, how am I to trust that my access to purchases will last? Are there even active admins in this forum? I'm willing to stick it out over the summer, try to put my finger to the wind so to speak, but currently google's service inspires far more faith.
