How to get Instawatch for movies bought on walmart.com?

Recently I had pre-ordered a few titles on walmart.com because they said (WITH INSTAWATCH) in the title - Imperium, The Sea of Trees, Outlander season 2, Morris from America. I am guessing none of the Instawatches were active when I ordered even though they said Instawatch in the title. I am wondering if there is a way to trigger the Instawatch to work after receiving the discs? I have tried combinations of TC# from packing slip and order date, shipping date, and none seem to work. Others where Instawatch was active during ordering (like Kickboxer: Vengeance, Mechanic: Resurrection) got deposited in my account without issue. Any guidance willl be appreciated.

I emailed support about Morris From America myself, and they kicked it up the line. I'm still waiting to hear back. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other way, so I'm curious if someone else has any ideas.

I just put in a ticket for Morris. I have a ticket open for Imperium and Sea of Trees since last week. It will be great to know if there is a way to trigger the Instawatch ourselves when it becomes active.

InstaWatch is finicky.

Got example:

Some titles that aren't released on disc but are available for early viewing:

One appeared in my account within 15 min.
Two others didn't appear until the next day.
One won't appear until the disc hits it's street date, as per Wal-Mart.

There are also plenty of titles that don't say anything about being Instawatch but after you buy them they show up in your account.

Call the 800 Vudu number. They've always been able to tell me when the IW kicks in. IE delayed until the disc releases or should have happened already.

Personally if I don't get it in my library in a few hours I just cancel the order and try again another time or get the movie through digital purchase or with UV redeem.

IW that doesn't go through correctly, or right away is just a headache as it happens too often.

You can always just place a second order with the now IW titles and process a return the first one without the IW. Get's you the digital IW copy right away. You can then use the new sealed units to do the return on the first order without IW. Walmart has free returns but if you feel guilty about it then just drive the returns down to WM yourself to return.
