Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Chill out. It has not been down that long. You still own the movies. It is like when the power goes out for a few hours. The electric company isn't giving you a credit.

            We're trying to get some movies we've bought lined up for our kids to watch in the car on a 10 hour drive for Christmas and like everyone else, are having trouble logging in. Error, Communication Error. Can't even get in to see the library. This is rough, please help us get access to our movies!

              I would say about a dozen free premium movies seems like an appropriate compensation. What do you say, guys, that sound fair?

                Actually, it's not the same - you pay for electricity you use, which obviously doesn't happen when it is out. But if your cable goes out, you do get a credit, so long as you know it is your right to request one.

                  No, it doesn't. Not at all. But a few bucks credit (towards a future purchase) into the account of anyone who requests after being denied access to the titles they own absolutely does.

                    I find it amusing that it won't accept my password to access my library. But if I want to PURCHASE a movie, it will accept my password.....just.....fine....and ready to accept my money.

                    So good news VUDU, your ability to continue accepting our purchase requests has not been hampered!

                    Sorry, I couldn't resist. Actually, I commend your staff for a nearly perfect reliability record.

                      I can't sign in to the new Xbox One app as of 9:00 PST ON THE 21st. Have never used the new app so assumed it was buggy.

                            So let me get this straight? Your service is down all day yet you post a promotion on facebook to only 1000 users that scramble to get it and the other thousands of us that don't use facebook and have a life and suffered the outage get nothing for it? That's some BS right there! I don't use facebook! I think it is nothing but garbage and spam and bloated adware yet only those users that read fb get a code? You should send it out to EVERYONE via e-mails like any other promotional codes sent out not just the trolls that hang out all day on facebook and redeem them all. This is very upsetting! I had to hear about it from a family member that does use facebook but after it was too late. Everyone should get a promotion code as i know more then 1,000 users were effected like me and are getting shafted.

                              Unbelievable! The service goes down. Then they hand out compensation to a handful of lucky people.

                              You should have just credited everyone's account. Or at least made the code available for 24 hours. Limiting it to the first 1,000 responders is an insult to all your other customers that had problems.

                              "Your movie didn't work and you missed out on a $6 credit. Merry Christmas from Vudu!"

                                Tried to watch some of my movies tonight but VUDU wasn't working so I came here and saw it wasn't just me and now to see they gave away a promotion through facebook to 1000 people feels kind of *****. I mean it was a nice gesture and all but if your not going to give it out to all it's probably better to just not give it out to anyone because it leaves people feeling even more bitter about the situation.
