The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     More Than 8 Devices

    I think there should be a way to get more than 8 devices on your account, even if there's like a yearly fee or something. I have a lot of devices between me, my wife, and my family members and I keep having to delete devices. Let's make it happen Vudu! Haha

    Im pretty sure it used to be 8, mine is cut down to only 7 in "Manage Devices"

      Your family members should be sharing your UV account, not using your actual Vudu account, to share movies. That will help cutting down on the number of devices being used...

        It sucks for me as I own two houses and have to split my devices between both homes. It used to be fine before Vudu started counting tablets as a device. As I own two iPad tablets that's now counted as two devices and I can now only have three actual devices in each home.

          Does Vudu have a limit on how many devices can be using a Vudu account at one time for streaming? or is that why there is a limit of 8 devices? In my home ideally we would need 10 active devices, so we always switch some as we use them, but it would be interesting to know if there is a stream limit on top of device limit that limits simultaneous streams.

            Most of these limits are studio-imposed, and VUDU is always working to expand options for customers as much as possible. There are no general limits on simultaneous device streaming other than the 8 activated devices, but you may be limited to 1 concurrent stream for particular movie.

              Maybe my family wants to watch all the crappy Disney/Touchstone movies I buy? They would need my main account for that, since they don't port over.

                I totally get the Disney angle of it, but isn't it a pain that they are using an account under your credit card?
