    Device Limit

Is there any hope of increasing the device limit?? You should change it to like 4-5 simultaneous streams with an unlimited device limit like all of the other services like Netflix and Hulu. I hate trying to play musical chairs. I'm only a family of 4, but we have 4 TV's with Roku's, a computer, a PS4, and 4 tablets and 4 phones. I'd like for us each to have it on our tablets, and phones for when we are out and about or traveling, but that means disconnecting the rokus each time, and it's a huge pain! Families don't just have 8 devices anymore... I won't be watching it in 8 places at the same time, I would just like the option to watch it where and when I want to watch it without having to disconnect and reconnect all the time.

You can get around the limit by creating a second account, and sharing the movies. It might be a good idea to create a second account for the kids, and limit that account to PG-13 or less. It also makes it impossible to buy content from the second account, if you don't connect it to your credit card.

I have a 2nd account but I never shared it because I'm not sure to share the 1st with the 2nd or share the 2nd with the 1st. I'm afraid it will get all screwed up after sharing so I just maintain both separately.

The problem with sharing is Disney Movies and countless "non-UV" titles I have. They wouldn't carry over. With a phone, tablet, living room TV/PS4, bedroom TV and two teenagers with their tv's and gadgets, the device limit causes me to have to constantly drop devices and re-add them.

if your first account sends an invitation to your second account... the second account will give up the uv rights to the first account, if it accepts the invitation....... just keep in mind you can only share the UV movies between them..

Can you clarify how to share? It's a bit confusing for me. So say I have my first main account. I want that to stay as is and linked to my UV account. Now say I have a second account for another family member. How do I get all the purchases on the other family members account to show up on the main account and not mess anything up? Thanks.

While logged into your first account, simply go to the top of the Vudu web page and click "Share My Movies" under "Services" .. and send an invitation to your Second Accounts email.. ... the only movies that will be shared between them will be titles that are UV enabled on Vudu.. so if your first account has titles purchased that are non-uv, those tiles will not transfer to your second account and vice versa .. just keep in mind that the UV rights for the movies on the second account will transfer over to the first..

go here ( http://support.vudu.com/?supportPage=home ) .. you can read everything regarding "Share My Movies" & "Ultra Violet" ...

Okay, so I did that. The UV movies from my main account show up on the second account. However, the UV movies that were on the second account are not showing up on my main account.

I haven't done it yet but I wanted the movies on my 2nd account which is only a few to show up on the 1st accout which has a lot as you can see from my signature. Maybe we should do it the opposite of what was suggested?

give it some time - I've had it take a day or so before it would show up.....

also in case you didn't read the FAQ's in VUDU Support... keep this in mind..just a copy/paste of whats written..

Will people I invite to my UltraViolet Library lose their movies if they join my Library?
They keep their movies and see your UltraViolet titles as well. If the invited person has UltraViolet titles from another service listed in VUDU, he will no longer see them in his VUDU account-but they still exist in his own UltraViolet Library.

Once a person has accepted your invitation and completed the necessary steps, he or she will be able to:

                      Through VUDU:
                      - Download or stream the movies and TV shows in your UltraViolet Library
                      - Add UltraViolet movie or TV shows to your library by purchasing them

Through the UltraViolet site only (www.uvvu.com):
                      - View and edit the information of other users in your UltraViolet Library
                      - remove other users at the same permissions level
                      - View, register and rename UltraViolet Players

if you can still see the UV movies in your second account then they should port over soon...just give it a day or so..

Nope. I don't think that's how it works. They did purchase a new UV movie on the second account and it showed up on the first account. Now the the second account is linked to the main UV account, any new purchases will show up on both. All the past purchases on the second account remain in the old UV account.

I'm almost positive that the first account should be getting the UV titles from the second..... If I were you I would contact Vudu support (http://support.vudu.com/?supportPage=home) and ask them about this.... I think UV Servers have been having some trouble lately maybe that is what is wrong - I've seen people posting on here just the other day, saying that hundreds of their UV titles just went missing and Vudu was able to fix it...
