    DISC + DIGITAL - - - GONE ! ! !

Well after a week with multiple times not working on Disc + Digital program it look's like Vudu pulled the entire program from the website within the last 24 hours. I no longer see Disc + Digital anywhere in the Movies > Collection section.

I know there was problems with some titles, which is why they removed those specific titles from Disc + Digital, there was no need to take it down entirely when it was a problem limited to a handful of the titles. Just remove those titles.

We'll have to see how this plays out, I seem to remember Vudu taking down D+D at least once before.

Since InstaWatch from Walmart has NEVER worked reliably, and I can say that having bought well over a hundred titles since it's launch, the D+D works so much better but yet again as we can see has so far seen not without hiccups.

the only times I've not had any problems with instawatch... is when I scan the receipt after buying the movies directly from a walmart store... have never used the Disc + Digital before (mainly because it was hard for me to tell which titles had it....)

Obviously Disc+Digital is down now; but when it's up you just go to movies, collections, disc +. Digital nf it shows you all the movies eligible. This only works from the Vudu website though. Not though your streaming app.

        VUDU STAFF

Any update when Disc + Digital will be back online?

It's coming up on being broken for a week in the next few hours.

It's now been over a week without any resolution.

Very disappointing, especially when I have money to spend.

If it's not resolved soon Amazon will be getting my money for future bluray combo packs and Vudu will just be used for the Digital HD redemption.

Yeah, it is pretty frustrating that we have not had any change or update on what is going on. Then again I don't know the whole situation so I am trying to not get too upset. Oh well, I'll have to stick with redeeming codes for now.

                  Oh THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I can go spend money again. And since the movies aren't out yet I don't have to pay the shipping fee charged to released movies.

                    NEVER MIND.

I noticed that all the titles (that I tried to order) now charge you a $5.99 shipping fee, EACH ! ! !

This is insane!!! Before it went down last week the D+D program had free shipping if you bought it before it was released.

Likewise if it was released Vudu THEN charged the $5.99 shipping fee like Wal-Mart.com as well. HOWEVER, Walmart.Com lets you combine items until you got free shipping. Since Vudu handles each title as a separate purchase you still had to pay the $5.99 for each. That is why I ONLY bought pre-orders.

We need to fix the shipping back to where it was before it went down.

IF we could SOMEHOW update the system to allow multiple titles purchase at the same time to eliminate the $5.99 fee on qualifying orders I would put in a LOT more D+D orders. On old titles that are say $10 it doesn't make sense to pay $6 in shipping each.

There is one good thing about the $5.99 shipping it is now two day delivery. This is part of walmarts new FREE 2 day shipping for orders above $35, an order below $35 is $5.99 per order. So I would also like VUDU to allow more items to be included in order to take advantage of the FREE shipping.

I know Walmart have been messing with there shipping options. They had someone similar to Amazon Prime but dropped it shortly after launch.

Walmart also offered free shipping on preorders even without a $35 order value. Is this still an option or did they get rid of it too?

I just tried a pre-order and the system wants the $5.99. You may want to login to your Walmart account and try ordering any 2-day eligible item, your account may qualify for a promo if the order is above $35.
