Moonlight - Best Picture - No UV yet...

I bet La La Land doesn't have this problem when it's released digitally.

I've never heard of this movie. Just looked it up on boxofficemojo.com. It only has 22 million box office domestic gross. La La Land is at 141 million.

Well, just because it won best picture doesn't mean it will get UV. The production company has to be using the system and then they have to enable it in the UV system. Not all companies, and not all movies in companies that do use the UV system, will ever show as UV. That's all up to the distributors and rights holders.

Since the VUDU card for Moonlight show some company called A24 as the distributors, it's up to them to make it UV.

La La Land is showing Lionsgate as the distributor, they are now a UV provider, but weren't before the Hunger Game movies, so anyhting of theirs older than that is hit or miss on whether it is UV.

Hope this helps you better understand why some things get UV, and others don't. It's not up to VUDU, and never will be they are only a streaming provider for the system.

...except the blu-ray comes with a UV code, so we already know it should be UV

Often, the UV isn't enabled until it is officially released on disc. Don't know why it can't be enabled earlier, but, that happens quite a bit.

I would say that it should be UV today, but I thought the same thing about another A24 title, Morris From America http://www.vudu.com/movies/#!content...s-From-America that came out a few months ago. The blu ray release came with a UV code and everything. Yet, for some reason, it is still not UV on Vudu. You got some beef with A24 we don't know about, Vudu?

Is anyone else having problems redeeming the code? Although it is not UV yet, I would still like to redeem, but I get Invalid Code everywhere.
