Don't hold your breath on that. Many of us have been waiting for almost TWO YEARS for Vudu to fix similar issues with titles that did not transfer properly when the FandangoNow and Vudu libraries were merged and those are still in limbo.

Looks like they added HDX encodes for quite a few of the movies on the list. However, most of them are not available to purchase in HDX. That is why they haven't been removed from the list.
