    Bourne Films?

I just received my Vudu but and the setup went perfectly. The only problem is the Bourne films that were supposed to be free and included with the unit aren't on the unit. Do they download over time, or should I contact support?

    thanks

Excellent guess! Yes, the movies are not going to be pre-loaded on some boxes (it's a few messages in), but if you let it sit overnight, it should update if not in one day then definitely two, otherwise you should contact Customer Support.

What do you see when you look for them? (i.e. do a search by title)

LarryGM - In my case, I had the same issue... you should likely be able to find the Bourne movies now, but they are not "free" and not in HD. Like MaxH said, let it sit about 24 hours to fully update and then you should see the Bourne movies in HD, and when you select them, it will be pretty obvious that they are now free to download. Happy VUDUing! and Welcome!

          Re: Bourne Films?

Is the Bourne trilogy the only HD currently available? How does it's PQ compare to HD discs?
I'm thinking about getting Vudu rather than a Bluray player. I've had an HD-DVD player for over a year, and I only have room in my equipment rack for one more piece. It of course has to filled!! Thanks

            Re: Bourne Films?

I just hooked up my box two days ago and forgot to look for the Bourne movies. I thought of it today and didn't find them in "My Movies" folder, so I navigated to the home page and clicked on them. Then I saw the option to "activate" them. I clicked that and then clicked "watch later" and voila, they are in my movie folder.

At present they are the only ones but more are on their way.

I think the PQ is outstanding and should be equivalent to BlueRay and HD-DVD.

I second that, as I had stated on another post after watching the Bourne HD movies on the Vudu, : The format war between HD-DVD and Blu-Ray is over...and the winner is ..........Vudu!!!

and I'm watching on a 72" Toshiba DLP
