    Delete Movies

How can you delete movies in your account? I have some I hate. Some duplicates. Some
rated, and I just want to keep the Unrated ones. I asked this before and got a reply that I must realize that they are gone forever. I agreed. DUH. I guess I was suppose to send a list for VUDU to delete. I'd rather be able to manage my own account so that the right ones are deleted. It would even help if there was numbers given to send to delete,
so VUDU doesn't mix up titles. It is my account, and I should have control.

For what is on your UV account you can manually delete them there, but you will also have to then ask Vudu to delete them on their end. I've just sent them an e-mail and they take care of it pretty quickly.

Not every thing is on an UV account. I did manage to delete two of about ten. Now I have to ask Vudu
to further delete. Wasted steps. As much as I spend you'd thing it would me more user friendly.

      Thanks

It's very easy to delete movies. Just go to your Ultraviolet account at UVVU dot com. Select the movie you want deleted and hit that tiny trash can and then hit confirm. Done.

It's not that easy because you not only have to delete from UVVU but you also have to call the streaming vendor where you purchased them from and have them delete as well as mentioned earlier.

          782 HDX

I repeat--not every movie for which there is a digital code is Ultraviolet

Where is the tiny trash can MattBryans referred to in order to delete a movie from your account?

You can call 888-554-883 and ask them to delete the movie but if it's a Movies Anywhere (MA) title, it will only be deleted permanently if purchased from Vudu in the first place. In other words, for MA titles you need to delete it from the retailer where it was purchased.

They use to have support you could email, but looking at it now it seems that has changed? It now has a chat feature, but I've tried that twice now waiting over an hour, with no agents coming on.

Your best and quickest way would be to call Vudu.

I take that back, was able to get someone on live chat today in about 10 minutes, though it took about 20 minutes for the agent to get the movie in question deleted. I assume they have multiple chats going though. I had a movie listed twice - HDX and UHD, and I wanted the HDX removed... she got it done, but she also said there was no other title in UHD in my library, even though there is... lol
