    Disney movies downgraded to SD

I just had 13 of my Disney movies downgraded from HDX to SD. Now that upsets me! All my movies were bought and redeemed from a blu ray or 3-D blu ray digital copy code. They've been in my Vudu library since the day DisneyMoviesAnywhere and Vudu were linked. All of these movies are still HD in my itunes library. So why have they been downgraded in my Vudu library?

    Brave
    Captain America: the First Avenger
    A Christmas Carol
    Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
    Frankenweenie
    Iron Man 2
    Lion King
    Mars Needs Moms
    Monsters Inc.
    the Muppets
    Thor
    Toy Story 3
    Tron: Legacy

    Thank you

For some reason Apple/iTunes re-exported the titles redeemed with them as SD to DMA. In the end they will need to fix it.

The movies I redeemed on iTunes aren't even showing on Vudu anymore.

vudu treats DMA kind of like a UV library and changes to the DMA library affect your vudu account (it wasn't always this way though).

Because your linked DMA library changed, the HDX movies phased out from vudu. If you give it some time, the SD versions will resync on their own, or you can force it by relinking your DMA account, or making another change to your DMA library such as redeeming a new code or making a new purchase.

                  Same experience here.

This morning when I logged into my VUDU account, I noticed that many of my previously purchased DMA titles had gravitated toward the top of the "Recently Purchased" list, which was an indication something happened in the export process. The problem was that all of these titles that reappeared suddenly changed their status from owning HDX to owning SD with an option to purchase HDX.

                  It affected the following titles:

Alice in Wonderland (2010 live action)
                  Bolt
                  Captain America: The First Avenger
                  Cars 2
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
                  Finding Nemo
                  The Nightmare Before Christmas
                  Peter Pan (1953)
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
                  Race to Witch Mountain (2009)
                  Tangled
                  Thor (2011)
                  Tron: Legacy
                  Up

Is someone from VUDU contacting DMA about the issue?

                    DMA already knows about it.

I relinked to "force it" and my DMA titles reappeared, but in SD. They show as HD in iTunes.

Same here. However, they show as SD in the DMA app.

Just an FYI.... I see where supposedly this is just a problem that occurred with redemption using ITunes.... Nope, I don't have a tunes account and have only redeemed either thru Disney or VUDU. Had 5 movies switch from HDX to SD. This is the kind of stuff that really discourages people who have seriously invested in their collections.

Same here . . . (9) Disney movies downgraded to SD.
Brave, Captain America, Finding Nemo, Frankenweenie, Iron Man 2, John Carter, The Avengers, Monsters, INC., and Thor.

I just saw this on my Vudu account. I was wondering what was going on until I came to the Vudu Forum and saw this post.

All of these movies got shuffled to the top of my movie list like I just purchased them . . . which is why I noticed it in the first place.

Anyone know if we'll regain our HD status or will we have to purchase the titles affected once again which I really don't care to do since I already own the HD version in the first place.
