    Movie not porting to Vudu

So I've had the Smurfs in my UV locker for a while. I've had an open support ticket with Vudu for over 3 months. Is there anything I can do to get the move ported to Vudu?

Same thing with me. I have Splendor in the Grass in my UV locker but not on Vudu.

I'm starting to think all of Vudu support died or something. I updated the ticket on the 11th. I've had 0 response.

I have Splendor in the Grass in my UV locker and it ports between vudu accounts.

Did you purchase it or d2d it on vudu?

If you got it from another provider and it is not importing, it is likely a UV ALID issue where the behind the scenes ID # of the movie is mismatched between providers, thus preventing it from importing in to vudu as you don't own the vudu version of the film.

Phone support was no help either. It's been over 3.5 months, and they have no idea if there is any progress or when it will be resolved.

I redeemed it through Flixster. This is the only instance I can recall where the film didn't port to Vudu.

The ALID used by these providers are invalid. You will need to contact them directly and ask them to update the ALID for this movie. Once that's done on their end, the movie should them import into Vudu.

So it shows up in my uv library, every other site I use, and they're the ones with an invalid ALID? Especially since it's a sony movie and it was purchased from the sony picture store.

That is correct, believe it or not.

So, no I don't believe you. If the issue was with someone else, Vudu wouldn't have needed to update their ALID code.
I don't think Flixster offers any support for D2D any more and Cinemanow is gone. So unless Vudu does something, that title will just take up space in your UV library.
