Saved By The Bell TV Listing Glitch Messing Up Collection

The series Saved by the Bell includes the original series "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" in it's "seasons." This is perfectly fine, but it becomes an issue when sorting your tv collection from A-Z. The show bounces back between the "G" section for "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" and S for "Saved by the Bell." This has caused my collection to create display glitches among my other shows, where a series will appear twice next to each other because there's a "number" missing in the sorting when this switch occurs. It seems that the show's listing is random, sometimes it will be in the G, sometimes in the S, and sometimes switches back and forth while scrolling down, which messes everything else up (and causes double appearances of certain shows, disappearance of others when the show pops back in place or both places.

Can this please be looked into? "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" should either be a separate series, or the labeling of this season should be switched to line up with "Saved by the Bell" even individually, rather than "G."

TCL Roku TV, Roku 4, Vizio Vudu App.

It seems to only be an issue when sorting A-Z? Which is how I like to view my collection since I have a lot of shows.

I'll have someone in QA take a look and see if this can be replicated on our end. Thanks for the heads up.

Felipe, I submitted a ticket with images for reference: #170829-000496

I would hope the season is removed from G labeling, because it causes other titles to disappear or appear twice depending on sorting position at that time. It changes while scrolling too, so you can be trying to find a show and not find it because it's been "removed" from the double title taking it's place. Click a series, and then exiting back into TV shows can help a title reappear, but then messes up another title in the sorting because it's trying to take into account a certain number of titles (290).

Could you provide a video on how to replicate this issue? We are not able to replicate it on our end.

I have recorded and uploaded a video to that case number. Let me know if there are any issues viewing it or if any additional information is needed.

Looks like the file is too big to upload to Vudu support or email. Is there a video host you are able to access?

Yes, thank you for the video. One of our QA guys is going over the video right now.

This is happening now more than ever, I can't sort my TV collection without series missing and others appearing twice. Perhaps it's a bigger issue and not related to Saved by the Bell having two places in sorting?

Overall, Saved by the Bell is a mess. First of all, Saved by the Bell was on for 4 seasons (not including Good Morning, Miss Bliss). Vudu has it as 5 seasons. Plus some episodes are missing. I don't have time to go through every single episode right now to check but right off the bat I can see that one of the most important episodes is missing; the very last one, "Graduation".
