Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). UHD purchase not transferring into Vudu from MA

    UHD purchase not transferring into Vudu from MA

    I have purchased several UHD titles from iTunes and had them transfer into Vudu in UHD with no problem. But I just purchased Lucy in UHD from iTunes and it did not transfer into Vudu in UHD. The only difference between this purchase and the others is that I already owned Lucy in HD. It looks like others are having this problem as well because Vudu is not properly receiving the information from Movies Anywhere telling Vudu that the movie has been purchased in a higher quality at another retailer. Could someone please look into this? Thanks.

    Same issue here, with the following titles that are UHD/4K in other MA services (some iTunes, some Google) but not reflected on Vudu:
    • Fast & Furious 6
    • Fast & Furious 6 (Extended Edition)
    • Snow White and the Huntsman: Extended Edition
    • The Bourne Identity
    • The Bourne Supremacy
    • The Bourne Ultimatum
    • The Bourne Legacy
    • Mad Max Fury Road (only appears in Google from MA)

      Issues first reported on October 15th regarding titles of different definition not importing... hopefully vudu has been working on a fix!

        Anybody looking into this?

        I have confirmed with Movies Anywhere that I own the UHD rights for the movie and that everything looks right on their end. And the updated rights have transferred from MA into Google Play, so it looks like this is a Vudu specific problem. I've purchased 3 more UHD movies that have had the same issue, not updating from HD to UHD in Vudu, as well as another UHD movie that I didn't own in HD, that transferred instantly as UHD into Vudu.

          Same problems here. I bought Wonder Woman 4k Itunes and it has not updated my Vudu copy to uhd.

                        Purchased another UHD movie today that I already owned in HD, Jason Bourne, and it still has this same problem.

                          This needs to be a high priority for Vudu and/or MA to fix, if it's not already. Please fix!
