Password? Do you mean phone number? You don't give Walmart a password. I didn't.

HELP! Walmart can't find my VUDU account! Today, I take my second trip to Walmart. 2nd time I left unsuccessful. I called the photo department to make sure they are up and running. However, after a half dozen tries the guy says he can not find my account with my email or phone number. He even reboots the machine and still can't bring up my account. The email and phone print out with the conversion sheet from VUDU. I spend an hour in the store walking around waiting for the machine reboot but he still could not find my account. WTF!

The Disc-To-Digital program is not limited to the movies that are currently available to rent or purchase on VUDU. If we have had the movie available on the service at one point, you will then most likely you'll be able to convert your Blu-Rays or DVDs to a digital copy on VUDU. However, there are some movies that have never been available on VUDU and therefore are not available for the Disc-To-Digital program.

This is true, we are on PST. So typically, you'll see new releases at midnight PST.

If an associate is unsure of the UV program, you can always ask to speak to a manager. I'm glad you were able to find someone that was able to help you!

This is why I plan on taking only a couple of titles with me this weekend. I want to know that the Walmart is ready to do this before I bring a stack of discs with me.

So, will I only be able to get this done early in the day or what? Will I have to wait to the weekend as I am not taking off work. I was really looking forward to this today but now I am frustrated.

I had a return to make at customer service and I complained that there was no assistance in the photo center. I was told to call 1-800-Walmart to complain.
Same story here. I actually talked to photo center employee and he had no idea what it was either.
How do you launch something, place signs all over the store and then not train any of the employees on how to use the system.

This program seems to be a big fail right now. My local walmart had no clue why I was there or what I was talking about. I called another walmart and could not get hold of anyone who knew about the program. I called a third even farther walmart and was told by the photo center guy that he "Thinks" they do it there. I'm not driving 30 minutes for "I think". They need include somewhere on this website or on the walmart website a way to find which walmarts are participating. If all walmarts are supposed to be participating they need to train the people better.
