I have pretty much the same problem. When I click on "Print List" ...

    1) In Chrome on Mac, a window with only a partial list of my videos appears.

    2) In Safari on Mac, a blank window appears.

    3) In Chrome on Windows, a blank window appears.

    4) In Internet Explorer on Windows, a blank window appears.

      Hey Aro,

Could you provide us with a screenshot of each? With the partial list, do you recall some of the movies you selected, but did not show on your list?

Could you provide us with a screenshot so we know what you're seeing? What browser are you using to build your list?

Google Chrome on Mac shows the first 25 videos in my list. Interestingly, Google Chrome Incognito on Mac is blank, like the other browsers on Mac and Windows. By "blank", I really mean blank. A screenshot wouldn't show anything except whatever the printer dialog for a particular browser includes as headers (perhaps date and title as "Catalog Store Print") and footers (perhaps the URL as "vudu.com/resources/html/dtdPrint.hmtl" and "1/1" for page numbering) for the print preview, with only a blank page between them. I'd upload the screenshots, but this forum doesn't appear to permit that.

Interesting. I just updated my Mac to the latest version of Flash (Adobe Flash Player version 11.2.202.233), and now clicking on "Print List" in Chrome also returns a blank page in the print preview.

It appears the print list option maxes out. I have 26 movies in the list but print list only shows 22. Seems like there's a limit.

There was a bug that would only allow customers to print a maximum of 25 titles. We should have a fix going out shortly that will correct this problem.

Still no fix? I can only print the first 20.

                        Re: Unable to Print List

I made myself a "master list" of sorts where I put in all the titles I eventually wanted to get converted and it printed out fine with multiple pages. Way more than 25, so it must be fixed. I deleted them all and when I add more back in it still prints fine.

Interesting...I've tried it on 2 different computers mac and win7. Tried IE, Safari and Chrome. Still no luck.

                              Re: Unable to Print List

I just tried it and I can't print. Every time I try, I get this message:

                              Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

I entered a lot of movies, and the cookie seemed to contain all of them, so that may be the issue. Unfortunately, without the printed list I can't easily check to see how many I have, but I probably added at least 100.
