Disc to Digital List not working

I am unable to add any movies to my Disc to Digital List. On Monday I added a bunch of movies to my list but didn't print it. Then Tuesday the list appeared to be empty, but I didn't try to add any new ones. Wednesday, when I tried to re-add items I've added before it says "Error <movie> is already added". If I try to add a new item it looks like it worked but my list still appears to be empty. I can't print the list or clear it. I took my movies to Walmart and they are unable to add my movies to my list too. They also get a message that the movie has already been added, but the list is empty.

    Please help.

Same issue this morning. Movies were there after adding another this morning. Went back to print the list and had a blank list. Attempted to add and got the same error msg you did. If you hit the print button you get nothing. None of the buttons work. Right click print gets you a DTD transaction page with no movies listed. Entered a support ticket on the issue.

Called Vudu customer service directly and issue was resolved later the same day.

Also had an issue with Spidy1 not working. Have Spidy 1-2-3 DTD. When you play Spidy 1 the second movie played instead. Also another issue multiple people are having problems with. Entered a support ticket on the issue. They had me call them. They said Spidy 1 was pulled for technical issues. They didn't explain why the system played Spidy2 in it's place.

Update - The blank list issue is likly related to titles being pulled from DTD. Some Marvel titles were pulled due to streaming contract with HBO. I had several Marvel titles on my list when Vudu pulled them. See "Movie shell game -Now you see it now you don't".

I have had the same problem last night my list was there! I got up this morning to add a few more to it! The list was gone! As the previous poster said, when I logged on list wasn't there! So I thought I had to redo it, I tried to add some of the old ones back and it said error already on list! This is the same list that I can not see! I was going to run to Walmart and add some of my wife favorite movies while she was at work! So much for that idea, to surprise my wife! I am not happy! May just trash the whole idea! I can always go get her the dvds, out of our disc collection, no big deal! Except for the money, I am gonna save!
I may try again, but only if it gets fixed soon! Thanks for listening! Hope someone important is watching! Thanks, RockNCntry

Well, Vudu must have had some contract Issues, now it seems like all my Marvel titles I had put on my list, are no longer available!Someone told me that some of them were originally Disney Movies, but distributed by another company! I remember reading that Disney Movie are notable to be done on "Disc to Digital"
So I figure it had to be a contract issue! Just thought I would pass this thought on!

I had to call the customer service line to get it fixed. Wasn't getting anywhere with a support ticket.

Don't know if it was the cause but I added Iron Man 2 to my DTD list. It was pulled due to a streaming contract between HBO and Marvel according to Vudu. 2 hours after I added it I went back to print my list and you know the rest of the story.

Just got off the phone with customer care. Apparently there is a bug that if you have a movie in your list and that movie gets pulled for the program then your whole lists gets wiped out. But your list is still visible to them and Walmart. They are working on my list today.

Mine did the same yesterday, list is completely gone when I sign in. When I go to add the titles missing an error comes up saying that movie is already added to the list.

I went to local wallmart and they couldnt see my list either, when they tried to add the movie I brought in, it gave the same error.

Luckily I had Godfather part 3, which wasnt on my list, I asked them to try that one and instantly it added and they uploaded GF3 into the cloud

When I got home GF3 was in My Vudu.

My list still wont show up and looks empty

anyone got a fix to this

                  Thanks
