Curious. How do you "redeemed the Rated Disc" to get "the UnRated download"? Are you referring to iTunes?

Actually, by the time I wake up this afternoon (third shift worker here), I will have the Unrated version in hand. I'd just hate to redeem the code and get the rated version when my physical media is unrated. You're right though, typically your physical media will redeem with the exact same cut. I was just hoping to see what the results might be before I gave it a shot myself. If someone gets the rated cut via VUDU, I may try Flixster just to see what I get.

No, the UV redeems rated. That seems to be the trend with Universal, they used to always give Extended/Unrated but now only rated. Ted Unrated BD = Ted Rated UV. Even the Walmart ID promo gave rated UV.

iTunes won't let me it is saying "Code redemption temporarily unavailable. Try again later."
I don't want in my Amazon account because the devices that I own have Vudu and Amazon Instant Video.
FYI the DVD in the combo pack is the Unrated Edition which is good so you give/loan the DVD to a friend/family that doesn't use Vudu.

I was trying to redeem the code on iTunes and generate an Amazon Instant promo code at the same time. So Universal Studio from now on won't allow you to get a Vudu UV, iTunes, and Amazon Instant Video. You get Vudu UV and iTunes or Vudu UV and Amazon Instant Video. I got HD in iTunes for Identity Thief.

Ironclad (Blu ray): HD (not HDX)

I found this at Big Lots for $3. The code said it expired back in 2011 but it still works. It's not UV though.

UVVU will show whom you used to redeem the UV copy. Sorry, I took your other post to mean that you had redeemed the original code through Flixster thus the reason for my original deletion recommendation. But yes you can only delete UV copies from UVVU, through Flixster, if those codes were added with Flixster.

So, are u saying I can delete the SD copy via Flixster? Will the SD copy be removed on VUDU, UVVU, etc.
You can only delete at flixster if you originally added the movie through flixster.
