First TV Content (Big Bang Theory) Redeemable via Vudu!

Anyone get Big Bang Theory Season 1 or 2 and redeem it through Vudu? My assumption is if you redeem it on Vudu you will be able to watch it on Vudu whereas previously UV TV series redeemed on Flixster didn't sync back to Vudu, correct? Also if you redeem via Flixster will it show on Vudu now? Also curious as to what the resolution would be. Still no UV symbol next to the series on Vudu.

If you redeem it on Vudu first you will then be able to redeem it on flixster too. If you redeem it through flixster it will not show on Vudu and you will not be able to redeem it on Vudu. I have both seasons. I redeemed season 1 on Flixster before I saw that Vudu had it as an option. When I tried to redeem it on Vudu also it did not work. When I got season 2 I redeemed it through Vudu and immediately fedeemed it on Flixster and both worked.

Is it SD or HDX? That is strange because I redeemed Wrath of the Titans on Vudu then went right to Flixster to redeem it there and it said I already used the code.

HDX on Vudu. SD on flixster (as normal). I can say it worked for me. I know these codes can be strange. Some people are able to redeem on both and others have problems.

Cool. Last question, does the UV symbol show in the details on Vudu for it?

So question... after this is redeemed through flixster it is in your UV locker? I ask because I am really hopping that UV is going to be a multiplatform thing through multi vendors (Amazon Instant Video hopefully) so I have been holding off buying content that doesn't go into my locker.

When redeemed through Flixster, yes, it does show in your UV locker. If you redeem through Vudu only it will not.

The NEWER releases of the first two seasons (the BD+DVD+UV combo packs) and the upcoming fifth season release will have UV copies. Make sure not to buy the older releases, as those don't come with UV copies.

Hey everyone! I've been reading the forum for a while and finally decided to register. I thought I'd share something VERY interesting that I noticed.

I got Batman: The Animated Series Volume 3 on DVD a couple weeks ago, which came with a UV code. Well, I got tired of waiting for VUDU to put up a page to redeem it, so I just did it through Flixster. Well, if you go to the new Redeem UV page, they have finally put Batman: The Animated Series on there. Just for the heck of it, I decided to go to My VUDU to see if it was in my TV list. Much to my surprise, it was!

What was even more surprising is that, the UV logo is clearly attached to it if you look it up on your own. Keep in mind I did not redeem my code through VUDU at all, just Flixster, and it showed up in my VUDU account anyway. Could this be a sign of things to come and could it mean that TV shows in the UV locker may finally start showing up on VUDU no matter where you redeem it? Let's hope so!
