    So I tried again.... got the same error that craig is getting(can't create promo) ... then I decided to be clever... I logged into my sister's account which is tired to my UV.... tried to redeem it... it worked... And I get the HDX Copy....

    So Craig if you have another VUDU account tied to the same UV... I gruess give that a try.

    I got HDX from my copy from Kroger in atlanta (free coke, chex mix and Shick razor, odd combo but free none the less). Redeemed through Vudu homepage as opposed to the link in the insert.

    I also redeemed via itunes and it gave me an HD,SD and extras.

    Not sure if this matters but the:

    Just redeemed mine (Best Buy Exclusive Box Set Blu Ray) and got HDX on Vudu and an HD and SD copy through Itunes.

    I just redeemed my code on Vudu and got HDX. Then I tried to use the code on the iTunes Store and it worked plus it me the HD version in iTunes which has never happened to me before from any studio. I bought it at Target if it matters to anyone.

    Take another look today. It should expire next year, 8/18/2013.

    Though judging by the posts, (missing codes, SD copies), looks like everyone's mileage in varying.

    Not surprising for Lionsgate's first venture into UV. But disappointing.

    Was anyone's else Digital copy slip blank??? There is the little white rectangular box that says code for either itunes or ultraviolet but there is no code in the box. This sucks.

    Well, it looks like my previous comment still isn't up. I finally put in an email to support. It's nearly 1am and I have to get to sleep. Can't afford to wait any longer. I've tried to redeem the code at least 10 times and it won't work.

    So, have my redemption code, the link provided is not working, it's 12:40 am Pacific time.... and the redemption expires today.

    So, what are they going to give us time to use it?????

    This is completely ridiculous. They ask for my credit card number to make an account, which I absolutely will NOT do, they provide a link on their program, and that doesn't work.

    As a web designer, I think this whole thing smells crooked, because they aren't providing anything they've promised so far.

    I dunno i still get an error. I sent in a case about the error and hopefully i'm the only one with a problem and this goes smoothly. I really hope Liongate adds some D2D as they are being promoted like crazy at walmart right now.

    The redemption code for UV was on a slip of paper...said it was "CODE FOR EITHER iTUNES OR ULTRAVIOLET"

    The Vudu special features were on a separate slip of paper.

    I am on the East Coast of the US, in case that means anything.
