    Hello LG,

Are you using PC, MAC? We'd like to see if we're able to reproduce the issue.

That movie isn't supported for PC playback currently.

Cool... sort-of, I get the same thing (Win XP Home SPS 3), only I get the installer for Adobe Air-, "Agree or Quit", I'm sure it looks to see that Adobe has been installed (like 100 times now, even confirmed at the Adobe site). Then it just shuts down.

Very bummed, 'cause your files are too big to streem... Not many other video files streem so bad from the web (almost not at all) on my comp.

For Hunger Games I saw, "2 Discs" for the BD package and paid extra because I thought the 2nd would be a DVD copy- Won't be doing that again.

Re: Vudu To Go Download Problem

I am also having issues downloading the vudu to go on my PC. Everytime I go to click on "download and install vudu-to-go" It says I need to install AIR I click yes, and it says it fails. So I went to Adobe and downloaded directlly said it was already installed and up todate. but now I cant get past it asking to download it.

Also, possibly on a related note, everytime I play my movies on my PC streaming every 15 mins or so the movie will stop and close and I have to restart it and it will pick up where it froze and is rather bothering but good that it does it. It does this with both Hunger Games and Demolition man.

Any help on either on either of these problems would be grateful.

Just wanted to add... Using the VUDUToGo.exe link is the same... Installer for Adobe Air askes to agree to terms, then just shuts down.

I am having the same issue. Using PC with Windows 7. Even went out to Adobe's site to download Air and came back here and the SD version of Hunger Games STILL won't download.

I was having this problem using the Google Chrome browser. I knew I already had Adobe Air and Flash installed. I switched to Internet Explorer, and Vudu to Go downloaded The Hunger Games, no problem.

                      Hi all,

Please let us know about your OS and browser version.
Currently I see some issue w/ Chrome browser in Windows 7 but Chrome/Safari in OSX should be just fine.

For Hunger Games, you must initiate download from the browser.

                      Thanks,
                      LLN

Re: Vudu To Go Download Problem

I still don't get any download after Adobe Air fails to start (why would the "agree to terms" window" keep loading) Internet Explorer 8.

I'm guessing with all the movies I own... inorder to get this wonderful program to work... I need like a TB or two hard drive..? (even though I own a TB external drive).

If "No room on my hard drive" is the reason VUDUtogo won't work... shouldn't I get some kind of prompt telling what is going on and some idea of how much space I need to free-up... IF I decide this is even worth it.

I never expected it to work, and I only want this download because I didn't read the package right... a BD for over $20 and no DVD... but I get some crap in the cloud that that is coming off a server on Mars.

Re: Vudu To Go Download Problem

Vudu To Go is not currently condusive to storing all your movies on a HDD, even if you have 4TB, like me, there is no option for where to download the movies, they go somewhere deep in the User folder (iirc), which for most mediaphiles is on their boot drive (for me, one of the smaller drives) not their storage drive. There is currently no way to move the files to a different disk (if you find one please send me a PM). If I remember correctly each movie is around 1 GB in SD quality.

Re: Vudu To Go Download Problem

I just checked a few, and they're ~1.5-2GB on my HDD. On OSX, the location is [userdir]/Library/Preferences/com.vudu.air.Downloader/Local Store.

And yes, I agree that forcing us to use the boot drive instead of an external storage drive is a hugely limiting factor. I have to keep deleting movies to free up space, but I want to keep all of them on there for when I'm travelling and offline. I have a 750GB external HDD that I use for other media storage, but I can't use it for VuduToGo.
