Maybe try redeeming your codes through firefox then. It doesn't load for me through Firefox and I was able to redeem the codes.

Re: CinemaNow & Ultraviolet Link - When?

They just sent me codes for 7 of the 9 movies in missing. After reading more of the email they had an eighth code for my sd instead of hd movie. They also said the codes are good for any hd movie, not just the ones I tried to buy from the Black Friday sale which is actually pretty great. I was having second thoughts on a couple I purchased so I can use those codes on anything. Even the pricier new releases.

Lucky you. Still nothing for me and my 9 missing movies.

They always say that lol I thought the same thing. How in the world do I have two accounts the only thing I can think of is Best Buy reward zone? I have four ongoing tickets with them right now it is so ridiculous especially because I'm really not a complainer but let me tell you, I have been pushed lol!

My library only loads when I have my UV account unlinked. I have had nothing but problems with them. Their answer is always we are doing an update but when they do the updates nothing gets resolved. The update they did Monday was supposed to fix the problems we are all having loading our library, my account loads okay not perfect but it loads only unlinked though lol.

My movie collection is not loading on my slim PS3, AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3, and every browser I can think of for Windows. Until this fixed I will not buy any movies/tv shows from CinemaNow. I will redeem my free movie codes that I have gotten from Best Buy through pre-ordering the Blu-ray.
