It just keeps getting stranger lol. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks things will be working properly. After finally streaming a movie on my PS3 I have decided that Vudu is for superior in terms of video and audio quality.

It is so crazy lol. It will work on your PS3 now. I think you said you had iPhone the only movies that will load are the ones that are missing the UV label.

I used to think Flixster was bad. An old man with a swollen prostate has better "streaming" than CinemaNo!

I'm telling people that they need to stay away from CinemaNow but they refuse to listen.

Re: CinemaNow & Ultraviolet Link - When?

In the spirit of the posts above, since my library was just a turning wheel that ultimately crashed, I unlinked & relinked my account to UV. Now I have two movies missing from my CinemaNO Library. One purchased this weekend, the other purchased last November.

Spoke to a customer service supervisor, one PO'd customer here, no help. Maybe this week, maybe next week....yes everything will get fixed. Kind of doubt that it will be this century the fix will occur, sort of expect that the fix will fizzle out as Best Ba*f realizes that this is not their cup of tea. The goodwill that it is creating is just not worth it in the long haul, not they have the best goodwill going currently as it is.

Thank YOU VUDU for being a consistent service, taking a customer centric position, and most of all having a system that WORKS!!!! Thank You.

I haven't been able to purchase anything from them in the past 2 days. I just get a loop of asking me to confirm my purchase then it takes me to the credit card page (I have a card on file already, plus gift credit available). Even if I add my card again it still just keeps looping in a circle. It's like they don't want my money

I am still having problems too. I ca not load my library at all. It looks like the website is having some major problems. I got an email from them today saying that they did an Ultraviolet backend update but it did not fix any of my problems at all. I did a chat with the customer service rep and was told that maybe my UV library was too big because I have 608 movies but that does not make any sense to me at all because it loads smooth like butter on Vudu.

    I can't even log in.

I put in my username and PW and it just reloads the same page (as if I was signed out).

It's like an endless loop that takes me nowhere.

I'll bet the entire Vudu staff is getting boners from hearing about all of the problems with CinemaNo.

So after unlinking and relinking my CinemaNow account, was I then able to load my library. Also my number of films has gone from 500+ to 200+, still some dupes but much better.

I'm looking forward to when all the kinks are worked out!
