I just joined CinemaNow a few days ago. All I see is alot of empty icons just like your photo. Some of them I can click on and see movies for rent or sale but NONE of my UV collection is showing up in the my library section. My UV account is linked to CinemaNow and I thought I understood that I would be able to view my UV collection from my device which is linked to my account. No library is showing up. I have a Sony Blu Ray player. I thought they were going to be like Vudu and I'd be able to watch my UV collection from their app on my Blu Ray.

After reading about the service here on the forums, I pulled my payment information from their website. CinemaNow sounds like a shotty Vudu wannabe. Vudu is the best service in online streaming along with Amazon, at least for me it is.

Thank you Vudu. LOVE your service. BYE BYE CINEMA ...NO

Sorry for the crappy quality, but now that I'm home, I can show you how I'm getting almost the same thing on my Sony Bravia KDL-60EX700 TV, but with different placeholder icons:

Re: CinemaNow & Ultraviolet Link - When?

This morning I downloaded the updated CinemaNow app for my ipad.

My UV library has loaded for the most part, but not entirely. Many UV movies are missing and there are also NUMEROUS duplicates.

One really bizarre thing is that there are many UV titles in my CinemaNow library that I have never purchased and I never owned them before. They are not in my UV locker.

It is crazy how out of control CinemaNow is. But it appears that CN is trying to get its act together.

The iPad app is actually working pretty well for me...well, better than the TV app. It's showing pretty much the correct movies as far as I can tell from a once-over, although downloading is not working for some movies, and some just say "Unavailable" for some reason.

Re: CinemaNow & Ultraviolet Link - When?

I pre-ordered The Bourne Legacy Blu-ray from BestBuy around 8pm and it came with a copy in HD on CinemaNow. So I got the code and redeemed it on CinemaNow and it showed up in my Ultra-Violet account right away and is marked with HD rights. But it still haven't showed up in my Vudu account. Vudu has The Bourne Legacy marked with the UV logo so it show up.

How long does it normally take for a movie purchased from CinemaNow take to show up on Vudu?

Lately it's taken a while. Some movies I got from CN showed up immediately and some took overnight to show. I got the same code from BB and it showed up for me eventually. It took less than a day but it did show in HDX on vudu.

It just showed up in my Vudu account. I like that Best Buy is starting to give you codes watch movies/extras early if you pre-order the Blu-ray. I like Vudu but I still prefer having the physical copies as a back-up.

Now Vudu needs to add The Dark Knight Reborn and make it UV compatible.

The many duplicates in my library have been removed, and the number of titles is my CinemaNow library finally matches the number in my UV locker. I'm glad it's been fixed. Now I hope they just add the 3 missing titles to my UV locker.

When you posted this I checked my account and sure enough, no dups. This morning my dups are back.

Can anybody tell me if the movies on my UV account should be showing up in the "My library" section of Cinemanow? I have a Sony Blu Ray player.

Some have their movies showing up. Others (like me) still don't have them showing yet.

It doesn't seem to be working at all. Maybe it depends on what kind of device being used with their service. Doesn't seem to work with a Sony Blu Ray disc player.

                          Thanks for the info.

I think Sony PS3 owners may be getting their movies. I have a 2011 Sony BDP-S580 BD Player and a Sony SMP-N200 Network Media Player and neither work with CinemanNow since going UV. I have 2 LG CinemaNow devices and they work fine.

I've been sending emails to support@info.sel.sony.com

I don't think they know what they are doing. I'm on 9 days trying to just get my library to load on my pc. I've tried every browser I know to try and nothing. Just spinning wheel of nothing.

My movie collection is not loading on my slim PS3, AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3, and every browser I can think of for Windows. Until this fixed I will not buy any movies/tv shows from CinemaNow. I will redeem my free movie codes that I have gotten from Best Buy through pre-ordering the Blu-ray.
