Anyone have any luck removing uv movies

I recently bought the Harry potter 7 ultimate edition from Target. Flixster will not allow me to redeem the code because I have the old sd 7.2 from a previous code. The new ultimate version is the only way to get an hdx copy of 7.2 along with that crazy expensive wizards set. I contacted uv support and they insist I am mistaken and the movies will only be SD. I used the code on my dummy account and sure enough they are hdx. Uv support reissued my code, but still insist I am wrong and they will be sd only. I now have a code I can't redeem and uv insisting the code is SD despite my proof it is hdx. Anyone have any suggestions?

call vudu and have your code redeemed over the phone. I'm pretty sure they can remove movies from vudu. What will happen is you will have an sd copy and a hdx it will show you own both. Vudu is seperate from flixster as i have two copies of several tv seasons because i redeemed them on both sites. You will have an sd version from flixster and a hdx version from vudu until flixster updates your new content but since they are sd only atm it won't matter and I agree. I kept getting the it will only redeem in sd crap from flixster when I knew xxxxxxxx well it was going to be hdx.

Unfortunately that's the link for the Wizards Collection. The one I have is the Deathly Hallows Target exclusive Ultimate Edition. It's just the last 2 movies. Vudu does not have a link for it. It's flixster or nothing at this point.

It's available in HDX through 2 codes. The Target Deathly Hallows UE exclusive and the Wizarding Collection. That's why I want them to remove my old SD version of DH part 2.
