There is a specific UV support site on Flixster. Once you log into your Flixster, you should see a UV logo on the left side of the page. If you click on that it'll give you info on UV, but it'll also have a link on that page for UV support via Flixster. Unless they changed it, that's how you submit a ticket for a new code.

          Re: Classic Cartoons now UV?

I was in Walmart the other day and I noticed they have a few cartoons on DVD with the Ultraviolet copy sticker on them. The ones I am interested in are: Looney Tunes Platinum Collection V1 and Scooby Doo the Complete Original Series on DVD.

Even through they will redeem on Vudu in SD quality, I just might get them to keep the little one entertained when she comes over for a visit (yes, I am referring to my mom).

There should be a code in the case. They are walmart exclusives. It seems Walmart got an abundance of some (Joker, Thundercats) and few or none of others (Flintstones, Scooby Doo). Some are a lot harder to find than others.

Mine shows up just fine. I'd submit a support ticket to Flixster.

                      Flixster? What's that?!

Just kidding. I only use Vudu.

Scooby Doo seasons 1-2-3 and The Flintstones season 1 UV codes (from DVD) redeemed here on Vudu in SD.

For classic cartoons I feel that SD quality looks fine. I even purchased SpongeBob in SD when the first season was on sale here on Vudu. It looks fine too in SD.

The only other classic cartoon I have in my collection is Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Vol.1. Again, it looks fine in SD.

However, Dragons: Riders of Berk (volume 1 and 2) looks and sounds AMAZING in HDX.

2 options that have worked in other situations:
Tell flixster it is not transferring and ask them to refresh it or do whatever magic they do.

Check your UV library. If all episodes are there you could try unlinking and relinking your Vudu account.
