The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango at Home customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango at Home service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango at Home Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

    THE CAMPAIGN doesn't show up in MY VUDU

    Just redeemed THE CAMPAIGN starring Will Ferrell after purchasing the DVD at my local Wal-Mart store. So ANGRY!! The movie does NOT show up in MY VUDU.

    Why do Warner Bros. titles not show up? They are in my Ultraviolet account fine. I'm also missing SPACE JAM and THE PERFECT STORM.

    It's so misleading when the DVD package said it could be viewed using VUDU and then it isn't.

    I have this movie pre-ordered via Amazon. Delayed the shipping due to the storm. But I hadn't noticed or even bothered checking to see if Vudu listed it as a UV title because I knew the movie comes with a UV code. Clearly Vudu doesn't have it marked as a UV title, see:

    I'm very disappointed in this, but at least I will have a UV cloud copy that will eventually be made available I'm sure...

          The Perfect Storm and Space Jam cannot be added to your VUDU library because the incorrect ALID was used during the redemption process. You can contact the company you redeemed the title with, and they should be able to help you.

          The Campaign will be available to sync between UV and VUDU shortly. Our apologies for the delay with this.

              The Campaign has the UV logo now and I redeemed it via Flixster and got HDX.

              I think that most studios are trying to give HDX with the purchase of the Blu-ray and SD with the DVD if they give it a code.

                I just redeemed the campaign through flixster (which is how your instructed to do so) and I can confirm that its not showing up in VUDU for me either. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

                        I would redeem it on Vudu if I were you since some people are having troubles getting to go from Flixster to UVVU to Vudu.
