    Arthurs Christmas

Anyone having issues with Arthurs Christmas? I keep getting an invalid code but it clearly is not invalid as I have not used it and I bought the movie at Walmart myself. Anyone else?

Seems to be a known issue, my code is also invalid. Don't redeem via Sony, because it is giving SD copies even for Blu-ray. So I'm just waiting for the codes to work.

My blu-ray UV code from Arthur Christmas is also not working yet. Keeps saying "invalid" tray again later.

I already opened a ticket with Vudu and the CSR acknowledged that there is an issue with the redemption of Arthur Christmas. The engineers are working with Sony to correct the issue.

I have always had an issue with redeeming Sony movies within the first couple days of release. It has happened to me a few times with them. The other issue is redeeming on Flixster which I think is not the greatest either. I think the best way to go is try to redeem directly through Vudu and if it does not work it is because for some reason Sony codes do not work within the first couple of days of release It would be nice if we could just redeem them directly on the ultraviolet site.

              Hi NYComet

You are hilarious Yes I hope so too. I am hoping that when I buy Men in Black 3 it will work. At least I have a group of fellow movie buffs to turn to for help if it does not.

Haha! If the Arthur Christmas UV code glitch isn't resolved by mid-December I will just have to watch it the old fashioned way -- by inserting the blu-ray disc into the player and pressing " play."

Since it snowed here yesterday I am already in the mood for some pre-holiday Christmas movies to get my engine revving for Black Friday!

It still blows my mind that we are even having a conversation about Christmas time is flying by too fast. Yeah the glitch should be fixed soon. Every single time I have bought a Sony blu-ray (Yes I still buy disks lol) with an ultraviolet code it has taken a few days to work. I wonder if Vudu is going to have an Black Friday sale? Have a good one buddy.

                    Re: Arthurs Christmas

This delay is awful. If they don't get it loaded soon they'll be changing the name from 'Arthur Christmas' to 'After Christmas'.

Yay! Arthur Christmas finally redeemed in HDX here on Vudu - SWEET!

I also redeemed my UV code from my 3D blu-ray of The Amazing Spider-Man on the 3D Spider-Man redemption page. This is my first ever 3D HDX file redeemed from a 3D blu-ray UV code. AWESOME!!!!!!

Can't wait to try it out on my 55-inch 3D LG Cinema Display.
